Shawnee Village Resort Guest have golf privileges upon paying typical Green Fees. The large white structure with the red tile roof adjacent to the river and wrapped by the golf course is in part the golf Club House/Pro Shop -and- the Shawnee Inn. Golfers have access to and in the Club House/Pro Shop. None of the Condos we are advertising are inside of, or part of the Shawnee Inn structure. All guest can enjoy all surrounding areas within the hundreds of acres that encompass the wilderness and Delaware River all around Shawnee Village Resort & the Shawnee Inn.

The Resort maintains a high standard through its maintenance, upgrade, and refurbishment program. As a result the unit characteristics may change from time to time and vary.

General terms:
• Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State.
• Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out.
• The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests.
• The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

Other:
This is a fully transferrable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel.
