Not your average VRBO! Clean, Chic, and Centrally located. Centrally located, the Prairie Park House is 20 min to OSU, 25 min to Salem, and overlooks a 10 acre park w/ a playground, basketball court, group shelter, walking path, and water feature that attracts year round ducks. The 3 brm/2 bth home sleeps 8, features 11 ft ceilings, full kitchen, laundry, front and back decks, gas BBQ, ping pong and foosball. The master suite has a king bed and dedicated work space. The 2nd bdrm has a custom queen over queen bunkbed and the 3rd bdrm has a queen bed.

Amazing Property

The home was immaculate and comfortable, perfect for our ‘ohana. The check in was easy, neighborhood quiet, and great park across the street. Rich was in communication with us early on and it was greatly appreciated. We would stay at this home again when visiting Oregon.

Just passing through

The overall feel ,look , cleanliness and modern design was definitely understated on this property. It was so clean I didn't want to sit down on any of the furniture haha. An absolute gem, We plan on staying here if available every chance we get. Thank you !! Bobby Kelly

Perfect Vacation Memories

There were six of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. It’s great to have the garage to bring things into the house when it’s raining. The master bedroom was perfect. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to relax in the bathtub at the end of the day. The kids (teenagers) really liked the over sized bunks in there room. The television and Wi-Fi worked well and the kitchen was clean and nicely stocked with quality pans. We will stay here again. Thanks for the memories.

Park House Dream!

When we arrived in Albany after a long day of travel, it was a pleasant surprise to see the house looked EXACTLY like the photos on the listing. We enjoyed all the small details that were put into our stay. The towels, cleaning supplies, the quality of pots and pans, the games and playing cards, and lovely fashionable decor were all carefully thought through and appreciated. The proximity to the lovely park and creek was a nice touch. The host left no stone unturned. Just one heads up: there are no shoes allowed in the house so prepare early as we had to make a last minute stop at Target (which is nearby with other great amenities) to pickup house socks and shoes.

Albany, OR Rental

My wife and I spent a weekend visiting with our daughter. Very impressed with the overall interior look of the house: stylish wall art, new kitchen appliances, nice comfortable leather sectional sofa, high ceilings (11 feet, maybe?). Kitchen is well stocked. Nice soaking tub in the master bath. There's a seating area on the front porch we didn't get to use as well as a grill. Would be nice to do that in warmer weather. Overall, an excellent choice -- clean, stylish 3/2 house in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely worth your time if staying in the Albany/ Corvallis area!

Moving mom

We were in the area moving our Mom to memory care and then cleaning out house. Such a nice home to come home to at nite Conveniently located to grocery stores gas and coffee. The house is beautiful and spotless. Don’t hesitate to rent. We will be back.

Excellent accommodation

This was a beautiful rental, exceptionally clean, warm and welcoming.. The owners were very responsive and accommodating, and obviously a great deal of thought had been given to every little detail. We would definitely return.
