Tons of activities for the whole family in Sandestin Beach & Golf Resort: Gorgeous emerald sea and quick access to sugary white sand beach via direct walking path of less than 5 minutes! Beautiful sunset views. Huge resort pool right outside the Luau building. Incredible views to enjoy from the balcony and every window! Go play mini golf or book parasailing right in the resort. Baytown Wharf on the bay side of the resort has restaurants, a zipline, climbing structure, tree house, ice cream and candy shops, boat and jet ski rentals and tram access passes provided to get around the property with ease. Set up time to play golf or tennis!

Publix grocery store and Grand Avenue shopping and movie theaters just across the street on other side of resort property.

Gated community with pizza shop, Ben & Jerry's ice cream, Escape room and more just to the right of the gated entry to this property!

We have available to you: board games, playing cards, body board, beach umbrella, 4 portable chairs and beach toys available for guests to use during their stay. Destin Harbor fireworks can be seen from the balcony, dining and bedroom or enjoy once a week fireworks at Baytown Wharf all summer long! So much to do for everyone!!

Nice family vacation

Great place for 4 adults and two kids. Great location and easy getting in and out the resort. Beach is a short walk, pool is great. We would recommend for a family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay, had plenty of room for both of us, liked having separate condo, liked wrapped around balcony, host was easy to get hold of

This was the first time we stayed on the beach side of the Sandesten property and we were very pleased with the condo. It was like 2 condos in one so plenty of space. The hosts were very attentive to any needs we had. The space was beautiful and very clean. The pool on the property was very nice. We had a gorgeous view from the balcony.

Perfect

We travel to Sandestin every year for my son's birthday. This is our first time staying with this host and we cannot be more satisfied. Check in was easy, as I have stayed with numerous other property managers and have always run into issues while checking in. Most importantly the host contacted us after our first night wanting to ensure that we had a good night's rest and we're satisfied with our stay.

Best unit and best owner

I have rented several units in the Luau towers over the years for annual family vacation. This was one of my favorites. The owner was quickly responsive and left a booklet of helpful information. Also thoughtful welcome items were there as well. The unit has good views and is well decorated and comfortable. Definitely felt at home away from home.
