Loved the host the property was super clean, the area was very kid friendly easy to get to the beach. Would recommend for anyone with a family!

Everything about the property and the location was great. Within walking distance for a beach day, restaurants, and quick eats. The included beach and pool amenities was a huge asset that we utilized. Will definitely book this property upon a return trip.

This stay was smooth and easy. Property location was great, easy beach access and my son really enjoyed fishing in the pond! The communication with the owners was amazing. Will definitely stay again!

Cute, cozy beach cottage feel! Loved the porch swing and beach decor. Very clean and comfortable. The home had everything we needed. Host was very helpful.

Our family loved everything about our stay at this property. It had enough rooms and beds for all of us, it was in a premium location, and they even had extra beach stuff for us to use. Communication and getting to the VRBO was so easy and seamless. We will absolutely stay here again!

Communication was always quick and easy. The place was perfect for our group, super clean, and great location. We enjoyed everything about our stay! We would absolutely return for another trip, if we’re back in the area!

The host was great, texted to make sure we were okay and didn’t need anything. The condo is close to the beach and located in the seascape resort close to the pool, basketball, tennis and the playground. With a large group this made everything great. It was 8 of this trip and we all slept comfortably. If I have to say something that could improved it would be add more seating to the living area. We will definitely be back.

A Perfect Stay at Floridays - Highly Recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Floridays and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect just a few minutes walk to Miramar Beach, Josh was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.had issues finding the entrance and Josh calle me right away and provided me with the instructions to facilitate my arrival

July 4th getaway

My family stayed the week and had a wonderful time. We have been visiting Miramar Beach for over 25 years and this was our first time staying on the Sea Scape property. The condo unit was conveniently located close to the beach and has a pool and tennis courts down the street. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the owner was just a text away if anything happened. The owners made us feel welcome and I would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks again!
