It was a quaint little farmhouse. Perfect for our getaway. The neighboring cows, chickens and turkeys made our stay even more enjoyable. 10 out of 10 would stay again!

Amazing Retreat

This property is beautiful with gorgeous views. We enjoyed the front porch the most! The house was perfect for my family, and we hope to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful little farm house in the country. Quiet, beautiful countryside, gorgeous sunset. Will definitely stay again.

Quaint Country Farmhouse

Whether enjoying a morning cup of coffee in the cozy kitchen or relaxing in the family room for a night of games, this was the perfect place for our family while visiting our son for the weekend. We would love to come again next year!

Super cozy

Super cozy old farmhouse on a working farm. It was a wonderful home base for our visit to Arrington for Overland Expo east. Relaxing to be around animals and off a busy street.

So cozy and relaxing!

Quiet, love the comfortable bedrooms and the living room is a great place to gather. While it was cold outside, we bundled up and did some star-gazing-amazing night sky! Incredibly responsive host, she gave all info before check-in, made sure we had everything we needed while staying. This is our second time staying, and we will absolutely be back!

Charming farmhouse

Perfect country getaway. Quaint farmhouse with a wonderful front porch to sit and enjoy the beautiful rolling hills and farm animals. The house had everything any guest could need, two lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds, a cozy living room and a well equipped kitchen. I was thrilled to find this gem and will definitely be back!

We stayed here while visiting family in the area, and it worked out great for us. The country farm cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had more than enough space for our needs. There are multiple sleeping options with two queen beds, a pull-out in a separate room, and additional space in the living room.The setting is quiet and peaceful — a true country feel. It was nice waking up to the sound of a rooster in the morning.Overall, a comfortable and easy place to stay. Would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our day in this cozy little cottage. The owners kindly brought us eggs and made sure we were well taken care of. Oh no.

We had a family event so had our four adult children, my husband, and I. The house was clean and comfortable, with space to relax. Sitting on the covered front porch at night and in the morning was especially enjoyable. We visited Appomattox for a few hours too. I would highly recommend this house!

The cottage is lovely. It’s on a quiet street near farm animals so you may hear the dogs barking or the rooster crowing. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch. We came when the weather was a little cool at night so there is gas heat available. There is a grocery store about 15-20 minutes away and a nearby gas station.
