Kick back and relax in this cozy and serene space located in Denton, Texas. This modernly designed 4 bed - 2 bath home is perfect for family and group getaways with multiple areas to lounge including a shaded, private backyard patio! This home is located about 5 minutes from UNT, the downtown Denton Square, and less than 10 minutes away from TWU. It is also right off of I-35, making it easy to commute to other areas in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This space is a newly renovated, one-story single family home. You will have access to the entire home including the fenced back yard during your stay. I live nearby so don't hesitate to reach out if you need or have questions about anything at all. I hope you enjoy your stay! This neighborhood is quiet but very close to downtown Denton, UNT, TWU, Medical City Denton, Texas Health Presbyterian and various shopping centers. Car or Uber/Lyft is the best form of transportation. There is enough room for 2 standard cars to fit in the home's driveway and free street parking available all along the road.

Central location between Fort Worth and Dallas. Denton downtown a lot of fun family friendly place.

Place was nice the neighborhood was very quiet and nice.

Perfect In Every Way

We stayed for a graduation. James was super responsive and helpful. The property was extremely clean and exactly as described. I would 100 percent recommend to anyone looking to stay in Denton.

Well kept and close to UNT

I came to Denton with my daughter and her friend. My daughter is a student at UNT and we were there to move her into a new apartment next to campus. This house is very conveniently located just a few minutes from school. It is immaculately clean and the neighborhood is quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and nice home

We did enjoy our stay but there was an incident of gun violence across the street from the house. Hopefully this was only rare occasion because upon arrival the neighborhood looked very peaceful and safe.

Great Property Manager

I recently stayed at a lovely accommodation and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space it offered. The interior design was quite cute, modern, and very comfortable. Additionally, the property had everything I needed for a wonderful stay. What really impressed me was the responsiveness and helpfulness of the property manager. They were always there when I needed them and made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Super Comfortable and Convenient

The house was very cute, comfortable, and very representative of the VRBO pictures. The beds were very comfortable and easy to get a full night's sleep. The kitchen/bathrooms are modern/updated, clean and and bright. The TVs have all possible viewing options. Off street parking is available in front of the property. A very high end washer/dryer are available on site. There is easy access to major highways. And James, the property manager was amazing. He was always readily available through the VRBO app or email,and always responded immediately. Our stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend the property for anyone visiting that area of Dallas/Denton for the comfort, cleanliness, and convenience.
