Charming Home just off Bardstown Rd

Our 2400 square-foot home is in the heart of the very popular Highlands neighborhood. It is within walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars on Bardstown Road and Baxter Avenue, yet provides a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. Free side street parking, huge backyard, the perfect place!
The space
Our home is an open and warm place. The hardwood floors and exposed brick give it an eclectic feel, while still being comfortable. We love to be outside at our house. Our patio is spacious and protected. We also have a double lot with privacy fence so there is plenty of backyard to enjoy as well.

As a guest at our house you will have access to wireless high-speed Internet, TV and a Keurig coffee maker.

A Wonderful Stay!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house is a beautiful blend of historic charm and modern conveniences—it has so much character while still being completely comfortable. We enjoyed time relaxing on the outside porch area. Our host was wonderfully helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!

Great location, walking distance to plenty of shops, food & drink. A short drive to all the Louisville attractions. Sleeping arrangements are perfect for teens or separate couples.

Great place and plenty of space!

It was a great place close to bardstown rd. It was a short drive to downtown, Nulu, and Top Golf for any group events.

Good spot for bourbon trail base

Great spot for a bourbon trail trip. Neighborhood was central to everything and walking distance to some good restaurants and bars as well.

We had a great time. He had a very clean beautiful home. The host answered my questions quickly , very nice and reliable. I accidentally locked the door and he was there very fast to unlock it for us. Great location close to a lot of fun things to do.

Wonderful Gem in Louisville

Myself and a few friends stayed here for an extended weekend and it was a great place! The hosts take good care of this home and it is spacious for the amount of people that we had. Would book again!

Great location

We were in town for family weekend at U of L. The house was in a great location and super close to campus. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep.

Fantastic Property and Host

I rented the property for a get together of old friends in their 20s and 30s and the property was perfect. The location is great for restaurants and night life. The property has a great patio and yard area as well. Will definitely book again if in Louisville.

Derby Home

We were in town for our first visit to the Derby. The location of the home was perfect. Easy to get to the airport, and Churchill Downs. The house was clean and well suited for 7 people

40th Birthday Bourbon Trip

Great house, great location. A group of us met in Louisville to celebrate 40th birthdays. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

House was lovely and had all the amenities we'd need, but it struck me as strange that the owners' belongings were still there. Never experienced that before. The beds were extra extra firm, so if you need that you're set.

Family Reunion

This is an impressive place in one of the best spots in Louisville! Very clean, incredible air conditioning and a cozy little patio to watch the lightening bugs! Our only recommendation is some of the beds had uncomfortable mattresses!

We are sad to hear that you had any problem at all, and we had no idea that anyone would have found our mattresses unacceptable. We have slept on all of them and found them comfortable, and no one else has ever complained, but based on your response, we are going to replace the existing mattresses with brand new ones.  Thank you so much for being honest with us, and please come back to experience our new luxurious mattresses. Fabulous Place

This place was super cute and in a great location. The back deck area is very cute! We had 10 adults/teens and we all fit just fine. There was some serious bathroom sharing, but we managed just fine. The owner was very responsive and helpful!

Great spot in a neat part of town

We had a group of 9 adults, and the house was great! The owner has lots of personal possessions in the property, the feeling is very much that they live there full time and rent it out while traveling for work, it a similar situation. It didn't impede our stay at all, just noting it. Awesome location, walking distance to many bars and restaurants in a cool part of town.
