The master bedroom, conveniently located on the main level, boasts an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. Upstairs, you'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The 'Black Bear Room' offers two queen beds, while the 'Pine Cone Room' features two king beds, providing ample space for restful nights. Our cabin features three well-appointed bathrooms for your convenience. The first bathroom is an ensuite to the master bedroom, located on the main level, offering added privacy and comfort. Additionally, there is a second bathroom on the main level, easily accessible to all guests. Upstairs, you'll find the third bathroom, providing ample facilities for everyone staying in our cozy retreat.

Step onto the inviting wrap-around porch, perfect for savoring your morning coffee or enjoying the fresh mountain air. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room adorned with rustic charm and modern comforts, including a 65" Smart TV for entertainment and a cozy wood-burning stove indoor fireplace for chilly evenings. The open-concept living space seamlessly flows into the well-appointed kitchen, where you can whip up delicious meals to enjoy at the al fresco dining area on the deck. Speaking of the deck, it's where you will find the grill and also home to a rejuvenating hot tub, where you can soak away your cares while admiring the breathtaking views of the surrounding Chattahoochee National Forest.

Step into the ultimate entertainment zone with our cabin's fantastic game room, located out back. Equipped with a variety of exciting activities, including Skee ball, air hockey, basketball, and an assortment of classic board games, this space promises endless fun for guests of all ages.

**OUTSIDE SPACE**
Venture to the back of the property, where a charming fire pit awaits by the babbling creek, providing the ideal spot for roasting marshmallows or simply unwinding under the starlit sky. Nearby, a rustic wooden swing beckons guests to sway gently while taking in the soothing sounds of the water. For furry friends, a spacious dog run on the side of the cabin ensures they can frolic freely in a secure environment. Indulge in relaxation on the screened-in porch adjacent to the game room, where a cozy fire pit table and chairs invite you to bask in the serenity of the surroundings. Guest Access:
Guests are able to access all areas of the home, with the exception of the owners closet.

Other Things to Note:
Dogs are allowed for a certain fee, but should be communicated to us prior to arrival. Dogs should be leashed unless locked in a dog run connected to the house. Do let us know how many of your beloved pups should we expect to arrive as well. Limit of 2 dogs.

Dogs should not be left alone in the home, unless crated. Dogs must be crated and not locked in a room as to not cause damages to the home. Any damages to the home will be at the Guest’s expense.

As specified in our listing, it is mandatory for dogs to be crated when left unattended. They must never be confined to any room when alone. Any damages incurred to doors as a result of a dog being left locked up will necessitate the renter being held accountable for repairs or replacement of affected items.

No cats, please! Owner is highly allergic.

Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract prior to their reservation.

Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town!
We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Additional info: Firewood is not supplied. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the National Forest that is next to the property, that can potentially set it on fire.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.
