Upon entry, you'll be met by a bright interior flooded with natural light thanks to the oversized viewing windows. The open and airy concept promotes togetherness and no conversation will be lost here! Lounge on the plush furniture to host a movie night or tell stories with your loved ones. The chef of the group will love preparing grand meals and lake picnic snacks in the gourmet chef's kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a formal dining table close by. Relax in luxury as you sleep in the main bedroom, which boasts a fireplace, enormous windows to view the lake, and a private-apartment-like feeling. This bedroom boasts an amazing en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and an oversized walk-in closet. Stargaze in the backyard at the end of the day, where you'll get a crystal-clear view of the constellations.

Inside the guest house, you'll find a beautiful living area and full kitchen with a floating island breakfast bar. The enormous windows provide unforgettable views of the lake, perfect for wine during the sunsets! Around the corner, a comfortable King-size bed is provided for the ultimate great night's sleep. For optimal room, the sofa in the living area converts into a sofa bed. Rinse off from your day at the lake in the luxurious walk-in shower.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
