This modern and cozy 1,785 sqft 2-story home comes with a fully-stocked kitchen, open-space floor plan, washer & dryer, work stations & ultra-fast internet to accommodate business travelers and families in the modern times.

Guest Access:
All guests have access to the entire property except for the garage and interior storage under stairs.

The Neighborhood:
Located just north of Austin is the suburb of Pflugerville (the P is silent!). Home to about 57,000 residents, this area is known for its beautiful trails, stunning lake, tons of shopping and restaurants, and affordable homes (at least by Austin standards). The city is super involved with its residents, too, hosting parades, festivals, and more each month. Being at the center of all the action around the north side of the Austin Metro Area, you can drive to any of the popular Austin destinations within 30 minutes, even with moderate traffic.

Getting Around:
We recommend that guests rent a car during your stay in Austin as many of Austin’s best attractions and fun things to do are scattered around the city and much more convenient when accessed by car, especially given that this property is located at the edge of Austin in the Austin Metro Area. While there are certainly public transportation options such as buses and individual transportation options such as scooters/bikes/mopeds, these options are mainly convenient and readily available around the downtown Austin area and quickly becomes sparse even a couple miles outside of city center. Rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft are also great options but expenses can quickly add up as Austin rideshare rates are on the higher end and can surge very high during busy times, such as 2AM on weekends and during large events such as SXSW, conferences, F1, etc.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID and selfie, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and a selfie prior to check-in.
« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.

★ Other Things to Note ★

- Garage parking is not available, and all cars should be parked on the driveway and on the street curb directly in front of the house
- We would love to welcome guests who book our house the same day of their arrival, but please be aware that your check-in may be a bit delayed (to as late as 7 pm) as we rush to prepare the home for your arrival. Guests who book more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in by 4 pm.
- We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores (HEB and Costco) that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.
- Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters, especially if they are found dead, does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.
- This property has a guest limit of 6 standard and 8 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.

Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER pet cleaning fee applies :

As advertised

Home is as pictured. It's clean, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood (although next to a busy road; can hear the sirens at night). Large backyard - great for dogs and kids to play in. Hosts responded promptly to any communications. I particularly appreciated the amenities and how hosts don't make their guests take out the trash bins if you stay during trash pickup day. Very reasonable house rules that reflect the Hosts definitely want you to enjoy your stay and focus on the purpose of your stay.

Clean and quiet place
