Very clean, well maintained, and being on the beach was perfect. The heated pool was great, and the dog yard was so helpful for my dog. Wonderful place! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views of the ocean! The pool and hot tub were lovely. The porch area and dog specific fenced in area were both a huge bonus for our dog. She loved laying on the deck watching people walk by or seagulls flying. We had a great family vacation!

Overall we had a great experience. The kitchen is well stocked but needs a little organization. Better Access to the beach from the carport while pulling a loaded wagon is needed. Just some suggestions. Otherwise, it is a beautiful house.

NO communication about house being ready we called over and over again and had a different answer from all different agents. You are NOT talking to an agency just a bunch of remote workers Check in and the whole house is DISGUSTINGLY dirty. Coffee pot still dirty. DOG HAIR EVERYWHERE!!! Filthy furniture. The worst was not being able to get a hold of anyone who would actually do something. Hot tub not working and cover dirt spilling into the tub. GROSSNever had this experience with an agency in 20 years going to St George The house has dust and mold smell mixed with dog smell. NASTY ac unit dripping from the ceiling Stains on all the cloth furniture The pans and dishes were dirty. WE had to clean Day three they finally get someone to fix hot tub cleaners in. The cleaners said they couldn’t believe how dirty it was and they were familiar with this houseWe all were sick by the end of the trip from the smell of this place!!’

Beautiful home with all the amenities, short walk to restaurants and amazing ocean view. A few moms brought our kids down to celebrate graduation of our boys and had a fantastic stay.

Right on the Beach!

Worked great for our family - a little tight on food storage area - but a great house!

Great House and Great Management

House was perfect for our family to enjoy. So close to the beach and views are incredible from everywhere. Management team was amazing the very few times we reached out (not to their fault).

Right on the beach. In 10 yards are in sand. Management company was excellent.

Enjoyed our first visit on SGI!

Loved South Wind!!! Only hiccup was the A/C didn’t cool the upstairs. Location, beach, pool, and house was nice!
