Location was great! Right across street from the boardwalk. Property was as advertised, very clean and well kept. Host made the process very easy and answered all our questions.

Beautiful, spacious, and updated! Great location, just steps from the boardwalk. Though along with that comes loud music from the Beachcomber until about 2 am on weekends. It didn’t bother us much, but it is definitely heard when trying to sleep. 2 beach badges only work specifically for the Funtown Beach.

Great location steps from boardwalk and beach! Host is responsive and helpful. We love that we can rent for 3-5 nights instead of full week. A whole week is hard with kids and teens and jobs!

Can’t beat the location! Host was really responsive to my questions and communication. Wish the beach passes could’ve just been inside the unit instead of going to pick up. For two days, it would’ve been nice if it was a little more affordable since the unit wasn’t quite luxury standard. Still a comfortable cozy place. I would go back if it was better pricing. Cleaning crew clearly does a nice job. Needs a better tv and towels, both are very cheap. The host seemed like a nice guy, wish it was a bit more affordable and I would return.

The property was great. It was clean and AC worked great .When we had issues with the TV James came over personally and resolved them immediately. The building is 3 stories without any elevator . I'm 76 and we had a 2nd floor apartment. Wasn't a big problem but a little challenging getting the suitcases up the stairs. If we do stay in the future we'll be requesting a ground floor suite. The location is right across from the boardwalk but not to close to all the arcades and rides. We though we might get some noise from the boardwalk but not really a problem.What was nice was the assigned parking. Didn't have to worry about parking on the street and people respected the parking spot number. The weather wasn't cooperating which isn't a building or host problem but it was hazy,hot, humid and when the smoke came from Canada we couldn't see the beach just across the street from the apartment.

We loved the property! It was super accessible to the boardwalk and activities yet surprisingly private. It was new, clean and spacious and as decribed. The host was great and immediately responsive and had everything all set for our stay, would definitely stay there again.

Will stay here again!

You can’t beat this location. So close to the beach and boardwalk yet surprisingly quiet inside the unit. Beds were comfortable and Jim was very responsive. We are definitely going to come back!

Super clean home, and extremely spacious! Only thing we felt was lacking was the amount of linens available. Wish there were spare towels and an extra blanket for the couch. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect - such a good spot

The property is excellently located in proximity to the beach. The size of the condo was perfect for our family of four. This is a party town so it was hard to sleep at night due to the rowdiness

The convience of being close to boardwalk & beach was nice. But we heard the noise from the bars at night. Also the sound from the people upstairs. Every footstep, drop on the floor & some conversation.
