Welcome to this beachy one bedroom, one bath Seascape Villa in South Forest Beach, Hilton Head Island. Relax on the balcony or in the comfortable living room accommodations with a view of the pond, palm trees, turtles, and birds. Enjoy the TVs, games, and books (cable and internet included). Or, head out to the beautiful beaches or wonderful restaurants. Enjoy the Seascape salt water pools or stroll through the shaded paths. There is a beachside cabana/restroom for Seascape owners and guests.
Snowbirds, please ask about monthly discounts!
Notes:
A national pest control company sprays Seascape Villas the fourth Friday of each month. They spray inside and outside of each unit.
The villa is on the second floor. There are 20 steps to access the villa, but the view of the pond from the deck makes it all worth it.

2 week stay

Condo was true to pictures, no surprises! Great location, close to beach, bike path and restaurants. Nice, well maintained condo. Definitely would book again. Was a great 2 week vacation, wished we had booked for longer!

Excellent Condo in a very good location

We stay 13 nights and find a clean and beautiful decorated cond. A short walk to the beach and coligny square and a balcony which we used every day. We recommend this condo to all nature lovers and you can explore Hilton Head Island perfectly on a bicycle! We hope to come back!

Beautiful home for one week

Es ist eine schöne Wohnung und alles vorhanden. Leider auf dem Gelände selbst kein shop oder ein cafe, aber Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Strand fussläufig erreichbar. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Amazing week on HHI

Sea la vie was even better than we had hoped. Donna has done an excellent job making sure we had everything we needed. She communicated well and in a very timely manner. The condo is so well decorated and furnished in an adorable beach theme throughout. Check in was super easy. It is an excellent location, close to the beach.We so enjoyed our time here. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und stimmig.Fur uns war das Bett im Schlafzimmer zu klein. Sonst immer wieder gerne, kann man gut empfehlen.

I cannot say enough good things about the property or the owner. Donna was fabulous at communicating, offering suggestions, and accomodating requests. Clean, furnished with everything you could need. Two pools, which are lovely. The property is walking distance to shopping, live music, and a grocery store. Easy drive to many area attractions. The deck is fantastic for coffee or evening gaming. Private beach access is easy to find and just a short walk across the road. I highly recommend this property to anyone. Thanks to Donna for amazing place to get away from it all.

Great place!

We had the best week at SeaLaVie! Donna has thought of everything to make you comfortable and is very generous with the amenities! She was very communicative and always available when we had a question. Her place is so bright and cheery, we loved the decor! We also loved the view, turtle watching, the pools and the short convenient walk to the beach! The wagon, beach chairs and umbrella included made it easy to go to the beach! Thank you, Donna for your hospitality- we hope to be back!

Great Spot

Perfect spot for 1 or 2 people not looking to spend a ton of money. Just outside Sea Pines near Coligny but beach wasn't too busy across the street and the place was clean, modern and had an awesome little balcony overlooking their lagoon. Zero complaints and highly recommend

Condo for Two

Condo is immaculate and perfect for a couple. Enjoyed using the pool and beach is nearby (across main street). Shopping and restaurants are within 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile. Unit is on 2nd floor which was peaceful looking out over pond from deck. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time in Hilton head Island. We stayed for a week. The apartment was beautiful. It was very Clean. We really liked it a lot. It was a perfect place for the two of us and we like the location very good.

Loved our stay at Sea La Vie!!

It was perfect for the two of us!! Everything we needed for the kitchen and the beach. Short, shady walk to the beach. Donna was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay at this beautiful beachy condo

Stay here! Donna was an excellent host and was so generous and accommodating. The property is perfect for a HHI stay as it is a 14 minute walk to Coligny Plaza for beers and eats, and a 5 minute walk over the road to the beach. The place is beautiful and very clean and modern throughout with a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The Seascape Villas complex is quiet and some days we got the pool all to ourselves which was an added bonus. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the lagoon and would definately stay here again. Check in/out was seamless. Perfect VRBO property. Enjoy!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at one of the best maintained & cleanest properties we’ve rented through VRBO. The location is ideal. We weren’t able to take advantage of all the development had to offer due to a family emergency causing us to cut our stay short. The owner was easy to communicate with and very understanding of our situation. Highly recommend this property.

RBC Heritage Classic

My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with stay. Everything was so clean and exactly as advertised. We spent 12 days and enjoyed our entire stay. We volunteered at the RBC Heritage Classic in Sea Pines and the close proximity was perfect. Your villa is very well maintained.

Nice stay

Very clean, spotless. Nice view over the pond with turtles. Nice shower which quickly has hot water. TV easy to work. New beach chairs. The pool is not heated but we made it work.

The accommodations where exactly as shown and very comfortable. The host is quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. We loved the area and all it has to offer. The quick walk to the beach was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Hilton Head Trip

Just back from a 3 week stay in Hilton Head. Stayed at a great 1 bedroom condo, close to many amenities and beach access. Donna, our host, made things super smooth with excellent communications. The condo was very clean and just like the online pictures show. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Donna!
