This bright unit is located near the Coligny Plaza area. Park your vehicle in the private lot and walk to everything you need for a memorable visit. Shopping, barbers, stylists, restaurants and grocery stores are just to the right of this quiet condominium. Renting a bike is a great way to see the island while pedaling on the many miles of paved paths.
You have a view of the private pool on the garden side. Please bring your own beach towels! There is a swing located near the lagoon at the back of the property where you can watch the native wildlife. Come to the island and leave your troubles behind!

Condo was very nice and clean. Host explained everything great and we really enjoyed our stay. Shops and restaurants are right across the street and the beach is a block away. Great location.

This condo had a great location to shopping, food, and a very short walk to the beach. It was very clean and had all accommodation needed to make meals if you wanted. Overall great place to stay. Its perfect for 2. We would stay again next time.

Excellent Anniversary trip
We had a wonderful trip! The beach and Coligny Plaza were right there. The condo was clean and comfortable. Felt like home!

Nice, affordable stay
Clean, everything you would need. Quiet and relaxing. Nice pool area. A few snakes on the property (copperheads), but mostly out back near the marsh which would be expected.

Great first experience with VRBO.
This rental was perfect for us, the location was close to everything we needed. It was very clean, the bath towels were nice and fluffy and the shower was so nice. We hope to rent it again someday.

Nice comfortable apartment for 1-2 people. Close to shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. 5 minutes from the beach. You don't have to drive to get around the area. 100% recommend!

Lynn's Place Was Great
We loved the location! If you closed the doors it was very quiet. The place was perfect for two people. Lynn was stellar in her communication with us. We had a great time there!!!!

This condo is lovely and perfect for a couple. Very nicely appointed, fluffy towels, comfy bed, everything you need in the kitchen. Very quiet, private deck, 2 easy blocks to an outstanding beach. Great location, we love this area. We’ll be back!

Amazing
Was a wonderful experience. Lynn was a great host. The place was very clean and located steps away from many shops and the beach. Would highly recommend.

No surprises
We have stayed at this condo many times. Its a excellent location and you can walk to every thing , restaurants, grocery store & beach ect. It is alway super clean, easy check-in and great communication.
