Condo was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. It was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Brand name appliances, comfy beds, and nice decor. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Great customer service. We look forward to staying again!

This is a lovely, clean, comfortable condo. We enjoyed our stay there. The management company was wonderful — responsive and helpful, friendly. Nice community at Amelia South!

We had a great few days!

The property was clean, well maintained and perfect for our spring break trip. The ocean view is wonderful. So glad we got to stay here. We hope to be back.

Great weekend!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this property. The view can’t be beat! Easy access to the beach. Very nice condo - comfortable for two couples to share. Easy drive to downtown Fernandina downtown. We will happily stay here again!

Very well stocked. Gorgeous view. Beds very comfortable. Unit needs some new furniture and new carpet/flooring. But we loved it anyway!

Pool was very good and view was excellent.TV viewing was terrible no cable service, only “streaming “ which was not good at all. Mgrs were great trying to help but they couldn’t help. The TV were 24/7 weather and news that was old. No live sports at all nothing!Again employee’s were great, but no go!

Friend getaway

Loved the property. Steps from beach and pool. Close to the elevator and steps too. Plenty of parking. Nice beach restaurant with live music across the street. Condo was clean, decorated nicely, and stocked with all shorts of starter items. It was only a four day weekend trip and we hated to leave. Would definitely stay again. Not disappointed at all!

Short getaway for Memorial Day Weekend!

My friends and I had just a few days off and wanted to have some relaxing time at the beach. We were very please with our choice of condos. The condo was very clean, conveniently located and was furnished with everything a girl needed to enjoy her time at the beach or pool. We will definitely book again. A little disappointed

The photos on the VRBO site were not indicative of the unit's condition. The master bedroom door had wood missing, and the master bath had some of the finish missing on the cabinet door. Windows in master bedroom were hard to open. All in all, the master suite is in need of renovation . The coax cable cover in the den was hanging from the wall. The kitchen was fine. Nothing to do with this particular unit, but we will not return to Amelia Island unless something is done about the terrible taste and smell of the tap water. I literally could not even brush my teeth with it (used water we purchased), and even the smell of the water when showering was overpowering.
