A relaxing escape for the hustle and bustle of NYC. This residence includes a full size swimming pool, hot tub and a lit tennis court (including a basket ball hoop).

Come relax at the outdoor kitchen with a counter bar or lounge by the pool with various lounge chairs and wood burning firepit.

Do you like to listen to music? The whole house has a wired sound system for inside and out.

Coming home from a day at the beach? Get cleaned off in a beautiful private outdoor shower.

Rainy day? We have you covered with a full game room that includes ping pong, pool table, and other games.

Want to go out and explore? We are close to the nature preserve where you can take your children to see wild animals. Bicycles are included if you feel like biking around the neighborhood.

A private resort!

Michael’s property is everything the pictures show & more. It was like being at your own private resort. The weather wasn’t great for most of our time there, but we turned the tennis court into a pickleball court and between that, the pool table, pinball table and bikes we were never bored. Michael was the best host and was very responsive to any questions or concerns! The location of the house is great too. An easy 10-20 minute ride to all parts of the Hamptons. To sum it up my elderly mom stayed with us at the house and described it as magnificent! Thank you Michael!

Amazing House and Host!

House was even better than the pictures! Beautiful pool/hot tub outside and open concept kitchen/livingroom perfect for large groups. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone has their own space. Make sure to check out the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach! Michael was an amazing host who responds quickly and is very accommodating. Will definitely be renting the house again.

Wonderful family getaway

Michael’s house is absolutely stunning! The photos don’t do justice of how beautiful and well-stocked this house is. Michael is a great host who gave us a great introduction and answered every later question promptly. The house’s location is quiet and private, providing convenient access to the Hamptons. With tennis, a big pool, a pool table, and ping pong, there’s lots to do. The large interior spaces and numerous bedrooms made it an ideal location for our family get- together。 We recommend this property highly! Looking forward to come back in the near future.

Great house - so much to do

Mike was a great and responsive host. The house is great - so many amenities for entertaining yourselves right at the house. Tennis, swimming, biking, cornhole, s'mores, grilling out. Everything in mint condition. Wonderful stay!
