Very nice experience. The hosts were very effective and we had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was very nice. A very convenient location in the villages. The owner was responsive to all of our inquiries. Great stay.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. The knives were even super sharp - something that gets over looked sometimes. The golf cart was great. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Rental

We couldn’t have asked for anything nicer. Most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. Kitchen was well stocked and the decor was so tasteful. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this property to anyone.

Peaceful

Great location to Sumter Landing Market Square, pool around the corner, quiet, nicely decorated, clean and a golf cart to use. We were lucky on our first visit to The Villages to rent this fabulous home.

Everything about the Villa is perfect and top notch. It is the best equipped rental we have ever stayed at, all you need is your clothes and clubs. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds are comfortable and the golf cart was great for getting around. We really cannot say enough good things about the villa and its owners. We can’t wait to return next year!

Birthday Trip

Everything was perfect and well equipped. The thermostat is very modern! The display showed a low battery before we left. Trash pickup was easy, but surprisingly no recycling. Great stay!!!!

Battery was replaced upon notification. It is a wired thermostat with battery backup The North Sumter County Utility Dependent District, which serves Villagers in Community Development Districts 1 through 11, agreed to end the recycling program and start sending trash to the Covanta waste-to-energy facility in Okahumpka. Previously, trash from The Villages was trucked to a landfill in Georgia. NSCUDD touted the change as a move to 100 percent recycling as all of the discarded materials are now being incinerated and the resulting energy transmitted to the grid.
