Spacious and newly renovated home just off the East Bay of Houghton Lake. Located in a nice neighborhood with a fenced in backyard. Roughly 150 yards from the lake with beaches nearby. Comfortably leave your trailers/toys in the over sized driveway while you are out on the trails or lake. Access hundreds of miles of ORV trails directly from property or launch your boat just 500 feet from the front door. Several bars, restaurants, golf courses, stores and gift shops within miles.

Great location

We stayed here so that we could visit nearby family but still have our own space to come home to and it was perfect! Close to food and shopping for the things I forgot. We would definitely stay here again if it’s available!

Pleasant stay in Prudenville

It was a nice location. The property was nicely landscaped. Big back yard and nice fire pit. The house was extremely clean and very spacious! Would highly recommend.

Best stay ever!

Everything from the communication with the property owner, to how beautiful and pristine this house is has made my whole trip wonderful. Everything was new and very clean. Having items such as spices, cooking oils, etc. available was very much appreciated. Highly recommend booking this property. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Great house at south east Houghton Lake

Great house! Clean and spacious with very nice (private) back yard. Host was on top of everything! Would 100% stay here again. The only negative was listed as two bathrooms - when actually only 1 and 1/2.

Quick Trip For A 50th B-Day Party

The stay was great, zero complaints. The house was exactly as advertised which is always appreciated. We would certainly stay here again when in the area next.
