Overall great experience at this house. It’s a phenomenal location. We had everything we needed. When we had an issue they responded within minutes.

Amazing location, wonderful set up at the house. House was wonderfully equipped, extra pillows, blankets, TP everything was thought of! We will definitely book again!

Property was very nice and well stocked. Had a great time using the dock for our rental boat which property manager helped reserve. Even with lake levels being low it was plenty deep for our boat and swimming. Layout was great, with 2 large bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom and bunkroom downstairs. Near plenty of restaurants and groceries but far enough away from the crazy traffic in Cornelius. Some of the dock boards were a little worn but still usable. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a family lake getaway on Lake Norman!

The beds are so comfy and the bedrooms are all a good size. Even though we stayed during a very hot week, we were able to enjoy our coffee and breakfast on the shaded deck overlooking the lake until about 11:00. The deck had ceiling fans which helped. The cove was quiet and floating on the lake by the dock felt wonderful. I liked that there was a walkway from the house to the dock. We used the kayaks and relaxed in the hot tub. I liked that the second floor did not have a TV for those that just want sit on the couch enjoying the view while reading a book, doing a puzzle, play a game, or just talk. Every bedroom has a TV, as well, as the bottom floor. The kitchen is well equipped. This would be the perfect house for guests with kids because the kids could have the bottom floor to themselves. We had one slight problem but it was addressed immediately. Great restaurants close by. I would definitely rent this house again.

We all enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our needs. We were there for a wedding. The lake view was beautiful. The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Communication was easy with the host.

Great Fishing Getaway

The house was very clean, and we loved the lake view from the back deck. The house had plenty of room and the hot tub was a great bonus.

Great Stay at Sunny Daze

Had the family together for Memorial day weekend. We had a great time playing on the lake and the house was perfect. Highly recommend it to anybody who wants to stay on a quiet little cold on Lake Norman with convenience to just about anything.

Great Lake visit

Phenomenal spot for a quick visit to lake Norman. House was perfectly situated on the lake. Rented a boat and spent three days in the water. Great visit!

Wonderful house, great area!

We had a lovely stay at this property. Everything was clean and comfortable. The lakeside setting is beautiful, and our dog enjoyed his morning walks on in the quiet and picturesque neighborhood. We loved the hot tub! Plenty of nice eateries and hikes nearby. We’d love to visit again!

Great Stay

House was perfect for out 4 couple weekend. We were in town for a Birthday Bash at a friend’s house. The location was great for restaurants and the breweries. Sunrise over the lake was magnificent with a hot cup of coffee. Would recommend for anyone. I am sure summer would be a great stay.

Amazing Views!

Charming home with exquisite bedding and a bright, cheerful kitchen. The hot tub was clean and chairs on the patio and deck super comfy. The views of the lake are mesmerizing and the wildlife was more entertaining than tv. All the attention to details made this stay leisurely and fun. Thank you so much for a stay that was memorable!

Girls Trip

We loved this place. There were nine of us. The house was about 35 minutes from Charlotte so an easy drive. Also close to Birkendale and Davidson. Close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings with a great view of Lake Norman. Great beds and pillows.
