Great home!
Beautiful, clean home in a great location. Less than 10 minutes to the Wildwood boardwalk and 10 to Cape May, both easy drives. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Plenty of space for the four of us. House was spotless and very comfortable, would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly located beach house between Wildwood and Cape May
Our group absolutely loved this beach house. It was the perfect size, had all that we needed. If we had any questions or additional needs we just text the management company and got a response right away.
The area is beautiful and quiet and you are only a few blocks from the beach. We think we will stay here probably on a yearly basis.

Great house, great location, fully stocked kitchen, More clarity needed on bikes( how many, functional, etc,). This topic created a lot of back and forth. Home was very clean except for couch covers which were faded and stained.

Great Location/House Stuck In Time
The townhouse is stuck in the 1980’s. Out dated. Online photos were not accurate .Needs major repairs. House smelled musty all week. Outdoor shower unusable do to broken pipe. Filled with mold,mildew and collection of dead bugs. House was not clean upon arrival.However house is in a great location. Management ok to deal with. I would have rented next year, but will find another location.

Hi John, I'm sorry to hear about these issues that happened during your stay. I know you brought everything to our attention after your arrival, and we offered solutions for the items you mentioned to us. We've previously only had 5 star reviews for our townhome, and this is definitely not up to our standard. We had the property cleaned the morning of your arrival, and we have all the pictures uploaded from our cleaner. This is the first time the broken outdoor shower pipe was brought to our attention, and we had it fixed as soon as possible during your stay to ensure that you were able to use the outdoor shower for the rest of the week.

Good location and nice floorplan. The property needs some maintenance work and carpets need to be cleaned or replaced.
