Amazing water views during the day, spectacular sunsets every evening and the historic, peaceful Town Bank community.
Plus enjoy Sunday check-ins during the summer months to avoid Saturday Cape May traffic! And new for 2025 ~ after a few upgrades and off-season deep clean, we now offer you a chance to leave your 4-legged friends at home and just enjoy the tranquility of the beach.
Our cottage is 2 houses from the water and has ample space for your family. Plan to use everything in the shed (beach chairs, kayaks, fishing polls, bikes, toys etc) to enjoy our fabulous beach as well as surrounding parks and preserves. Or venture a short drive to downtown Cape May to visit the beach, restaurants and other local attractions and seasonal events.
Relax at day’s end watching the sunset from the front porch then enjoy dinner on the side deck under the lighted pergola.
It was certainly love at first sight for us and something about her kept drawing us back ~ we're excited for you to meet our Baby Beluga and hope you'll feel the same. (** Please note ~ you can either bring your own linens, rent linens from a local establishment, or if you would like to use ours please plan to wash & dry all that you use prior to checkout.**)

Nice Home in a Great Location

We had a wonderful time in this cozy yet spacious home. It was very short walk to the Bay as well. Highly recommend.

Perfect hosts, location, home! Every amenity that you need is in this home. Just bring your clothes and enjoy. Nice collection of beach chairs,toys,umbrella. Walk to the beautiful bay beach. Denise is quick to respond and make your vacation enjoyable.

Delightful stay by the bay.

We all found this a wonderful place to stay. My sister, our friend and our little dog enjoyed all our time there. Communication was easy and timely. The check in was simple. Inside was clean, comfortable with thoughtful touches to make you feel welcome . There was anything you could want to enjoy the beach without having to bring a ton of stuff with you. The close proximity to the water and beach provided wonderful views and memories. I would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend this location and host. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

What a lovely little gem

I booked this trip as a birthday gift to my husband who wanted to go down the shore as a family. He told me as we were leaving that he absolutely loved the home. The location truly can't be beat. It was two houses from the bay, which was free to go onto. Seeing the horse shoe crabs on the shore was fascinating. The house was the perfect layout, super cozy, with all the amenities we needed. The hosts were so communicative and even let us check in early and check out late. A true dream weekend for us. We hope to be back.

Relaxing and Fun Stay

This was a very cute and fully equipped cottage. The walk to the beach is feet away... very easy to walk up and grab lunch and then return for more fun. The outdoor shower and hot tub were ideal. There are toys and beach stuff in the shed but bring your own boogie boards. You are also responsible for washing and drying your bed sheets and making the bed, so give yourselves time to do that. Also, recyclables will not be taken if they are in a plastic bag, so just empty cans and bottles out of bag.

Location was the Best!

Although we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and restaurants, the beach chairs, umbrella and the outdoor shower and we recognize that the house has new owners there were some items that should have been addressed that would have made for a better and appealing experience. For instance, the curtains and drapery along with the furniture have visible stains and are dirty we felt the need to cover up the furniture with sheets and towels before we sat on the furniture. The grill was unacceptably dirty, and we felt extremely uncomfortable using it as the grime and condition of it was just utterly unusable. Although noted in the welcome book that the basement steps need getting use to, The fact is that they are dangerous. I would simply lock that back door and just do not let anyone use the washer/dryer to save yourself from a sure lawsuit. If you are asking people to use the washer/dryer, which is a requirement before you leave the premises, you need to secure those steps. The shed is a disaster, if you wanted to get something that was in the back, you would need to move everything out of the way. The bikes, which were advertised, were broken and unusable. This was very disappointing as we left our own bikes home. I understand that the hot tub was a “bonus” however, even calling it a “hot tub” is a stretch since it never got even close to warm.

This cottage was closer to the water than I expected so that was awesome! It’s a quiet neighborhood, at least on our trip in September. Everything was super clean and I am pretty picky. It had just about everything we would need. I had to pick up an ironing board, but in all fairness, who irons anymore? It was close to an awesome breakfast restaurant, Uncle Bill’s Pancake House and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The hosts were quick to respond if I had a question. I would stay here again!

Our weekend there was the perfect beach bungalow. We had beautiful sunsets and the house was only two away from the beach. Our entire family enjoyed the kayaks and all amenities the house offered. Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely vacation rental. The home was exactly as described--clean, comfortable, views, location and the outdoor space made it extra special. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch (loved the rocking chairs) The shed was filled with everything we needed for the short walk to the beach and the outside shower came in handy. The hosts were kind and responsive. Check in/out was a breeze. A perfect place to relax and make memories with our family. Will def come back!

Quick little getaway.

Amazing home by the bay!

Bay-bee Beluga was everything we wanted for a late Fall sisters' weekend away and more! The home was clean and cozy, perfect for a relaxing weekend away. The ease of check in and check out made for a smooth first-time experience for us. The hosts were so warm, welcoming, and accommodating, and the house itself was so cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed and felt like home. And the neighborhood and views were just stunning! If I could rate it higher, I would. We would go back again in a heartbeat!
