This house offers a heated pool surrounded by a large deck to just sit back and relax. This well-equipped, 8-bedroom private home spreads over 2 levels that are each over 1700 square feet of living and deck space. Share the massive 3400+ square feet with 20 of your favorite people! With 2 full kitchens, there is no excuse. Each of the 8 bedrooms, has its own bathroom, all of which was just remodeled. The house has all new mattresses, bedding, furniture, pot, pans, as well as the bathrooms and kitchens refreshed with granite, tile, and appliances. The entire house underwent a makeover with new flooring and pant.



During the day, head outside to catch some sun or walk the beach with your own sand path to the Atlantic Ocean. Make a family sandcastle on the wide, uncrowded beach while you watch the waves. In addition to having your own private pool, hot tub, and beach access, you’ll also enjoy the surrounding area. You’ll be close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and golf courses. All major attractions are within 5-20 minutes of the house. Later, you can head out to a great nearby restaurant for dinner or head back to cook something scrumptious in those terrific kitchens. If grilling is more your speed, we’ve got you covered with a Weber propane grill by the pool. Later, take a romantic stroll on the beach or settle in on one of the comfy sofas with the family for a movie - don't forget the popcorn!

Whether you're swimming in the pool, reading a good book to the sound of the waves or starting your day with a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean, Sandpiper is sure to please. The outdoor spaces cater to every mood and moment and ensure life-long memories are made.



Guest access

Guests of this stunning home have complete access to every room, amenity, and the spacious outdoor area! 8 days prior to arrival, guests will receive an email with all the check-in information as well as a code for the doors.

SUPPLIES - To ensure your stay with me is comfortable, I've provided the essential supplies. This is just a little something to help you and your guests enjoy your stay. Please note, while this is intended to cover your stay, should you run out, additional supplies will not be provided.



BABY ITEMS

To ensure the smallest of family members have what they need, a pack-n-play, crib sheets, highchair, infant bathing tub, and a few toys are provided.



BEACH EQUIPMENT

To ensure you have everything for the beach, I provide Tommy Bahamas Back-Pack Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas, sand anchors, a soft cooler, sand toys, beach towels and a beach wagon to easily carry it to the beach.



TV/STREAMING

The property features all state-of-the-art smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. I do provide cable TV. Enjoy your entertainment experience!



PET-FRIENDLY

Bring your furry friends along for the exciting vacation! We happily accept pets of all shapes and sizes with the payment of our non-refundable pet fee of $150. This covers up to 2 pets for the duration of the stay. Each additional pet is subject to approval and will cost $75 per pet. To ensure cleanliness and avoid additional cleaning fees, we kindly request that owners promptly pick up their pets' waste and refrain from allowing pets on beds and furniture.
