Paradise Found! Great Ocean Views, Private Pool, Elevator, Close to a Beach

Enjoy beautiful views of the ocean, the sunrise and the sunset from this 3 story beach house with 7 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms with an upside-down open floor plan . The decor is decorated in beautiful Caribbean style. The kitchen is fully accessorized and includes two refrigerators. Decking on every level has ocean and beach views. Beach access is directly across the street. There is a private pool and an elevator.

Bedding ranges from 2 king, 2 queen, 6 doubles. Six bedrooms have a full bathroom. The 6th and 7th bedroom share a bathroom on the 3rd floor.

There are several local golf courses close by. Myrtle beach is 30 minutes south of Ocean Isle. Ocean Isle has several restaurants and rental stores for bikes beach umbrellas and chairs.

OCEAN FRONT VIEWS : We have no buildings in front of us that block the view of the ocean. The beach access is across the street allowing for easy access to the beach and ocean. This home is located on the west end of the island and is on the second row with unobstructed views of the ocean.

Enjoy the relaxing times at Ocean Isle Beach. Where your only worry should be if the tide is going to reach your chair.

This is a non-smoking property. Must be 26 years of age for rental.

This place was perfect for my wedding party to compliment my wife and I’s perfect weekend!The place is so roomy and fits everyone comfortably (14 adults). The kitchen is FULLY equipped with everything you need. It is well kept and clean. It is beautifully decorated in a way that makes you feel welcome. Directions for everything were well laid out and organized and to top it off, the owner is quick to respond and very kind!Highly highly recommend booking this place if have the chance with your friends and family!

Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful day at this gorgeous home that is literally one minute from the beach. The owners were extremely helpful, and very communicative up until our stay, and then during our stay. It was extremely clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked. I would highly recommend.

Great Family Beach House

6 couples coming for golf and beach trip. House worked perfect for the girls to walk across the street and be on the beach. Local golf courses are 10-15 minutes away. Only weird part is the lack of linens and towels.

Wonderful stay near the beach - Great family beach home!

We were truly amazed at how lovely this home was and most importantly the owners/managers. We had a family gathering to celebrate the life of my brother. It was the perfect setting and the owners were so kind.

Amazing house and great location

We had such a great time at this house. It is very spacious and the hosts have thought of a million little touches to make for the perfect vacation. The kitchen is very well stocked, there were a bunch of pool and beach supplies and every bedroom was great. And the walk to the beach was so short - the entrance is right across the street! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Relaxing stay with great views

We had a large group of 12 that stayed for a weekend. The house was clean, well equipped and spacious for the group to find spots to hang out individually or in smaller groups. Great location...very relaxing and fantastic views!

Beach Trip

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and had everything a large family could ask for (and then some)! The location was perfect and the views were amazing! The pool and shower area were a favorite of all! The Vogel’s are tremendous hosts and we will definitely be back!!!

Family Getaway

Perfect house, perfect location, perfect weekend for our extended family vacation. The house was clean, easy to find, and easy to access. The views from the house are gorgeous, and accessing the beach was a breeze. Jim and Colleen went above and beyond to accommodate us as guests and make sure we had everything we needed to make our weekend perfect! Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Ocean Isle Beach!

Great Place

Conveniently located on the island where it isn't too crowded. Had plenty space to move around. Bedrooms are good size. TVs in every room. Feedback from the people that came with us said that they wish there was a little more drawer space to use in the rooms. Pool was perfect. Kitchen is well stocked. Not a lot of room to put what we brought in the cabinets. Pool area was great. Loved the fact that there was a gate to protect the little ones. Great storage area in the garage. The fridge did go out on use while we were there. The first guy that came to look at it just stuck his hand in the fridge and said it was cool and left. We stuck a thermometer in it and called him back and told him the temp. Then they were really good about getting someone to look at it after that. The compressor went out, but things happen like that. It wasn't replaced during our week but they were on the ball and Jim was good at communicating what was going on. They had 2 other fridges on the property and we caught the problem quick enough that we didn't lose anything. Make sure if you move something out of the way because of little children, you put it back exactly where you found it. We were questioned on a couple items we forgot to put back exactly where they were. We explained where we left them and all was good. I understand that is how things get lost. Overall, we had a fantastic trip with our family and friends! We really enjoyed our stay there. Jim was excellent to work with and they have a beautiful home. We plan to go back!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time at Ocean Beach Isle staying in the Coastal Sol Beach House. The house had ample space for our family of 10, and is arranged in a very convenient manner for multiple families to stay together. Our family of six stayed on the first floor - four bedrooms each with a bathroom, while my brother's family of 3 stayed on the 3rd floor - two bedrooms and one bathroom. our 93 year old mother was very comfortable in the master suite on the 2nd floor. The second floor is also where we spent most of our time inside the house. Given the at we were there over Thanksgiving, eating was a priority, and we had no trouble cooking a traditional turkey dinner in the well-stocked kitchen. Thanksgiving dinner was one of the highlights of our trip. Even though it was late November, the weather on OIB cooperated and we had a lot of time on the very wide beach, just a short walk (across the street from Coastal Sol) away. The house came with beach chairs and we rented all of our towels and linens from Angie's Linens (well worth it - ~$200 for ten people for the week), so we did not need to worry about packing too much. We also rented bicycles and were able to explore the island (we enjoyed riding to the far east end of the island where the beach opens up even more). Regarding the house itself, The second floor is the key, and it is furnished like someone's home - very inviting. The first floor bedrooms are adequate with the important feature of a bathroom dedicated to each bedroom (only accessible from that bedroom). While there was a deck on the first floor (opening to both bedrooms with two beds), we rarely used it, favoring the second floor deck. Small TV's were in all bedrooms, but we rarely turned these on (except our boys, who figured out how to use their TV for gaming). We did use the living room TV though. TV service was through Roku, so it helps to have your subscription info handy. It might be wise to consider a trial subscription to YouTube TV for a broad array of programming if that is important to you. The elevator was useful for moving luggage in, but not really necessary for this size house unless you have handicapped family members (our mother had no problem with the stairs). Note that the elevator only goes to the second floor, not all of the way to the third floor. We did use the pool a couple brief times, and actually enjoyed the stimulation of the ice cold water! It could not have been a better experience. The house is incredibly comfortable.It is across the street from the beach and has a fabulous pool. There is a whole garage filled with beach and pool accessories.The owner gave great recommendations. I would highly recommend this property.

Family Beach Trip

We had a great time at Ocean Isle and Coastal Sol was perfect for us. Only a short walk to the beach access and we had beautiful views of the ocean which was especially nice to enjoy while having coffee or a meal on the porch. The porch furniture was everyone's favorite to enjoy the views and the breeze while relaxing. We had some family with us that have challenges with mobility which made the elevator especially helpful. Kitchen has plenty of amenities, spices, etc. and, overall, the house had plenty of space for our party of 12, not to mention it was beautiful. Neighborhood was seemingly quiet, however, we were there at the tail end of summer so not sure what it is like in the peak season. Jim, the host, was very informative and helpful leading up to our stay. Would definitely keep Coastal Sol in mind for the future!

An amazing vacation rental!

If you are looking for a “a home away from home” look no further! This house has it all, along with plenty of space for multiple families. From the fully stocked kitchen to the fully furnished decks and games poolside, we had a blast and enjoyed reconnecting with family from the west coast that we hadn’t seen in almost 10 years! The owners were very attentive and helpful, answering any and all questions. We will definitely look forward to renting this property again! Thanks Jim and Colleen!

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation

My family has been doing an annual beach vacation every year, and due to expanding numbers picked Coastal Sol this year. I've stayed in many rental homes over the years, and have to say this has been my favorite. It was our first time in Ocean Isle, which we all fell in love with. But Jim and Colleen's home absolutely checked all of our boxes. House was appointed SO well; any question or issue that popped up was addressed immediately. House is as it appears in the pics. Loved the different levels - allowed us to have the youngest of our crew (2 yrs old and 9 month old) on 3rd floor w/ mommy and daddy and the rest of us on the 1st and 2nd floors. Loved the outdoor spaces on each floor (even misplaced my mother at one point as she was enjoying the quiet on the 1st floor deck). Pool was great - 9yr old made much use of the basketball hoop. 2 refrigerators in the kitchen/utility room (not counting the one in the garage) came in handy with our large group. And location-wise, being steps from the beach was fantastic. Overall, loved it. Our hosts were fantastic to work with, as well as the property manager that was local. Looking forward to staying again.

Perfect place with an even better view!

This property is fantastic for a large group. Kitchen is great and well appointed. 3 fridges and 2 freezers. Plenty of decks and seating for outside dining and fantastic ocean views. Beach access is just across the street. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic Beach House

Wonderful home with plenty of space and comfortable accommodations for everyone. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Communication was great - Jim answered questions and offered great recommendations for our stay. The location can't be beat - a quick walk across the street to the beach. We loved having beach chairs available as well as a wagon and some beach toys. The pool area is lovely and a favorite spot to hang out. We loved our week in Ocean Isle and the great family time at this home!
