Perfect Getaway ☀️🌊

We absolutely loved our stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There was plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms, making it perfect for both adults and children. The location was fantastic—just a short distance from the beach! 🏖️ The backyard was beautiful, and the shaded pool area was absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together. The home truly had everything you could ask for to make your stay comfortable, fun, and memorable. We will definitely be back and recommend this house to anyone looking in the area! 💗

High Flyer Cottage was absolutely perfect for our family beach trip! Great location and incredible amenities, especially the saltwater pool and outdoor space!! Lesley is an exceptional host and so thankful that she and her family are willing to share their amazing home with us. We will definitely be back again!!

This is a beautiful, well cared for home away from home. It is well stocked from the toilet paper to the kitchen supplies and equipment. I was able to make 2 birthday cakes with ease! The pool is clean and the beach equipment was more than ample. We appreciated that 6 out of the 7 bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom. The 7th bath is next to the bunk room and easy for the kids. All communication with the host was easy and timely. It's a wonderful property and we would definitely stay again.

Deserves even more than 5 stars!

We’ve been renting on Saint Simons for years, and High Flyer is hands-down our all-time favorite. Comfortable, well stocked, plenty of spaces to gather whether as a whole family or for smaller groups. The host is super responsive and helpful. First class all the way.

Wonderful Stay

Highflyer Cottage on St. Simon’s Island, Georgia is the perfect getaway. It is such a unique place! There is plenty of room for a big family, is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. It’s close to the beach so we spent much of our time there. When not at the beach, we were in the pool which was a perfect size for all to hangout. The town is also close by and has great shops and restaurants. Lesley manages the cottage and is available and is super responsive in answering questions. Our family had an amazing vacation and hope to return again. Thank you for helping us make great family memories!

Outstanding host and communication with host. Plenty of room for a large family. Extremely well stocked and supplied with all necessities and even more. All dishes and cookware and cooking supplies were well stocked. Even items such as baking foods (flour, oil, seasonings, foil wrap, plastic wrap, and much more ) were made available to use. Lots of games, puzzles, pool toys and pool towels , etc were also available .House was extremely clean , newly renovated, and equipped with high quality furnishings. Tv and charging stations in every bedroom. Great neighborhood. Close to beach. Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home so much! It was for a 40th birthday celebration trip and was very spacious with lots of areas to relax. We had 4 couples in the group and loved that everyone had their own bathrooms to spread out and the beds were so comfortable. The pool and screen porch was amazing. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Highflyer Cottage and SSI was perfect for my friends and family getaway!

Just finished an amazing stay at Highflyer Cottage. The house was charming, in the perfect location and had anything we needed. Lesley was wonderful to work with and the level of hospitality throughout the entire experience was a breath of fresh air. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful family vacation

Our family stayed at Highflyer Cottage during Spring Break ‘23 and we could not be happier with every aspect of the VRBO. The house is perfect and all of the amenities are above expectation. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Family Time

We loved staying at this home with our extended family. From the large dining table to the screened porches, this is perfect for family time. The home is well maintained, and the hostess is top notch, as well as a great communicator. I would highly recommend!

Incredible home for a relaxing stay on St. Simon's Island!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Highflyer Cottage on St. Simon's Island. The owners thought of every aminity one needs in a stay away from home. Truly incredible experience and I would recommend to anyone. It is way more house than we needed, but can comfortable accommodate a larger family or group easily. Amazing experience!

65th Birthday Family Gathering

We have stayed at many different homes and condos on St Simons Island but this was the best by far! Beautiful home with everything you could possibly need, great location, attentive host, great pool, and lots of room for family.

Perfect Accommodation & Host

I couldn't imagine a better experience for our group of 10 guests. Lesley's communication was proactive and kind, and she was exceptionally hospitable. The house itself is also perfect for a group of this size.

Awesome location, outdoor amenities

Great location with a quick shot to 11th street beach access. Great setup for families with really 2 masters. Stocked kitchen. Backyard is tough to beat with pool, pingpong, cornhole etc. Will stay again.

This is the one

Beautiful and perfectly functional space. Pool is bigger than it looks in the photos. Great size while not being to big. The owners have provided for every need. Like Disney world, you never have to look far for a wast container. Short walk to the amazing not crowded beach!

Relaxing and wonderful

This has been our favorite house to rent. We are a huge family and everyone agreed that the house was spacious and met all of our needs. The pool was wonderful and we spent most of our time in the screened in porch. Perfect for watching kids swim in the evening. Location of the house was great. Several of our kids were able tor bike and go to the beach whenever they chose. We will be back again.

Another Perfect Stay at Highflier Cottage

We just completed our third vacation at Highflier Cottage. I can’t say enough positive things about this perfect house! It is always clean, comfortable and I have never stayed in a house more equipped, be it in the kitchen, on the big fabulous porch overlooking the pool or with lounge chairs around the pool. There are amenities I would never think of and least of all, expect! Lesley is easily accessible and truly wants your stay to be perfect. We really don’t want to stay anywhere else!

High Flyer cottage couldn't be a more perfect home for our 3 generation family vacation.

The house was immaculate and so well stocked for everything you need and more. There are multiple places to sit and visit, large screen porch, around the pool and in the air conditioned family room. There was plenty of room at the big table and bar for all 12 of us to eat. Our 5 grandchildren ages 4-9 would have stayed in the pool all day if we would have let them. They didn't complain at all about walking to the beach for a few hours in the morning because they had the pool to swim in the rest of the day. The pool is perfect in the afternoon because there is plenty of shade. Everyone had a wonderful time and we are looking forward to a week there next summer.
