Clean property. Well furnished / well stocked. Great for families with a baby - we used the high chair/ portacrib/ double stroller and umbrella stroller. Supplied beach gear and bikes a plus. Pool area very nice. Boardwalk to beach has no stairs so very easy to haul the beach stuff in the supplied cart, Host very responsive.

Absolutely gorgeous home! It was perfect for 2 families traveling with 5 kids from ages 1 to 9. It was impeccably clean and well stocked. It was steps from a beautiful beach and had perfect size pools for the kids to swim. Not the mention being able to use the golf cart to go eat dinner was a huge bonus. We will 100% stay there again!

We loved our stay at Savannah Cottage. The house was very comfortable for two families with little kids and had everything we could need to keep them entertained. We were steps from the beach and pool and equally close to town. We will be back!

Outstanding 5-star stay! The host was incredibly responsive... when the lock unexpectedly stopped working, they came right over, fixed it, provided extra keys, and even brought a 50 gift certificate. The cottage was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a fantastic location near the village, beach, pool, and playground. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, all electronics worked perfectly, and we loved the beach gear and games provided. The optional golf cart rental and heated pool were great extras. Our whole family had a wonderful time, and we would return in a heartbeat.

Absolutely great week staying at this property- hosts were amazing and the house design was perfect for our family of 10 and 2 pups. Absolutely loved the wrap around decks- always seemed to have a wonderful breeze. When they say they provide everything they mean it! Abundance of bikes( and helmets), beach chairs, and an extra buggy that definitely came in handy. Also kitchen was totally stocked and had paper towels, dish cloths, cleaning supplies. Plus the bathrooms had tons of toilet paper. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans , baking sheets, mixing bowls- even a crockpot. Highly recommend this great property and just a short walk to the private neighborhood pools that lead directly down to the beach via a boardwalk. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic Family Reunion

Savannah Cottage is a perfect location to get the family together! Lots of porch space and living space for everyone to be together or spread out for a cozy up with a book. Super location!

We loved our stay at Savannah Cottage SSI. The house is beautiful, has very nice finishes and is in a great location! The owner was amazing, she sent lists of restaurants and activities to do. We took advantage of her grocery concierge service which was so wonderful to just arrive and start our vacation without having to go to the grocery. We can’t wait to stay again!

Relaxing getaway!

My husband and I loved the Savanna Cottage! It was the perfect getaway to relax in a home away from home. Cozy, clean, cute and has all the accommodations you will need. It’s close to the beach and restaurants along with lots of fun places to explore. We will definitely be staying again and highly recommending this lovely home away from home to our family and friends!!

Couldn't have been any better. Amazingly quiet inside house. Especially considering 3 floors and kids! LolBeautiful home and the location was amazing. Elevator really helped with our senior being able to be involved with everyone.Cannot wait to stay again ...and I am a local!

We had an exceptional time. Everything from the games and entertainment, fully stocked kitchen, cleanliness….and convenience of location to the pool and beach was great. We had a wide range of ages of our younger daughters to teenage cousins, to grandparents and had plenty of space to accommodate for those. Perfect Experience!

We loved Laurel’s place. Super convenient access to the pools and beach. Fully stocked with everything we needed, including baby gear. Plenty of different sleep options for the baby and kids. Bright, airy, and inviting. The wrap around porch was great for some shaded outdoor time. Would highly recommend this rental!

Our stay at Savannah Cottage was absolutely incredible. Laurel exceeded our expectations in every way. The cottage was not only beautiful and spotless, but her attention to detail made it feel as though she was welcoming a close friend into her home. She went above and beyond by providing thoughtful extras to make check in seamless, as well as excellent recommendations for local restaurants and daily activities. Thanks to her care and hospitality, our entire week was nothing short of perfect.

We've been going to St Simons for years now but this was the first time ever going at Christmas and New Years time. Our only concern was not having it feel like Christmas for our boys. Let me just say that the host blew us away with the thought and effort that went into decorating both the inside and outside of the cottage. They even set up a Christmas tree inside so we were set for Christmas morning! And of course the heated pool was an everyday must. We will definitely be back, just not sure if it will be during the summer or Christmas again!

Property and St.Simon’s location was perfect for my husband and I, our daughters and their families. The property was within walking distance to beautiful beach & neighborhood pool and was a short drive to ‘things to do’ and many great restaurants. Home was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay as documented in listing. We enjoyed the outdoor porch sitting areas, toys/games for the kids and beach supplies. Host also made fabulous recommendations for everything we needed while we were there including a photographer so we could capture the rare time that our entire family was together. Highly recommend.
