This unit is BY FAR the best place I've ever stayed at in Santa Rosa. Everything looked and smelled cleaned and has all new appliances. Beach towels and chairs were even provided! Highly recommended for a family or a girls trip.

Host was very responsive & kind. Nice, large condo. This is not our first time at gulf place, and we definitely prefer a 2 bedroom. If you’re back and forth… go for a 2 bedroom! We have 2 small boys and they had their own room. You just can’t beat the space.

Great time for a spring break getaway!

Our stay was great! We had everything we needed inside the condo, and it was located to conveniently by the pool and beach access, which made it so quick to run in for a drink or sunscreen. Gulf Place had so many great places within a very short walking distance; we didn’t even get to explore all of them this trip!

Great Stay

My family and I had a great time at this condo. Our young boys live the quick access to the pool (it is just a few steps from the back door) and nice options for private beach access. There was also a beach cart and plenty of beach chairs if you forgot yours.
