Tucked away on a quiet street just two houses from the sand, Barefoot Blues offers private deeded beach access, views of beautiful Eastern Lake, and plenty of space for your crew to spread out and relax. With 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and sleeping space for up to 14 guests, it’s a perfect fit for families or groups of friends.

You’re just a short walk to the water and minutes from Greenway Station for dining, coffee, and shopping. Two neighborhood pools (including one that’s heated) make it even easier to unwind.

Our group had a great time at this house. Easy access to the beach and the pool. Living space layout on the first floor was prefect. Kitchen was also great, plenty of good supplies if you like to cook. Bedroom layout was good for our 3 families and good bedroom for the kids to share. Had plenty of beach supplies and some bikes. Just 2 parking spots which can be tricky. Our group likes this area along 30A so we'd stay here again.

Great communication from Jeff, property manager! The beach access was perfect for our family, including my elderly mother, and we were thankful to have a pet friendly house for our mini bernedoodle. We love 30A and can’t wait to come back!

Very very happy we stayed here. There were 9 of us on our trip and we were all very comfortable. Loved that the beach was a 1-2 minute walk from the house. Our host, Jeff, was very communicative with clear instructions. 10/10 recommend.

We loved this house and the location. The beach access was very convenient. The home was clean, and we love that every bedroom had an attached bathroom.

Great location, great house. It was a wonderful place to stay for 2 families of 4, easy access to the pool and beach. Owner was helpful and responsive to questions, offered local suggestions, etc. would stay here again!

We were very pleased with this property! The pictures of the unit were very accurate. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, plus a half bath in the living room area. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and silverware. We do cook a lot when on vacation to help save money and to have more time together. There are never enough kitchen towels, so I make a habit of bringing some from home. The bathrooms had enough towels considering we wash every day. Shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap were well stocked in each bathroom. We did have trouble with the electronic door lock. It did not always work the first time we put in the code. We did have to contact our host when the code wouldn't work. He called back very quickly when we contacted him to say we were locked out. Jeff was an excellent host both before and during our stay! You can tell this unit had some wear and tear, but overall it was very comfortable for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids. The unit provided beach chairs and umbrellas for our stay. This was very convenient, even though we brought ours from home. We weren't sure of the condition of the ones at the house. They were in good condition. We couldn't ask for a better location for the pool and beach. Very close to each for the times you had to run back to get something. We only had a 5-minute walk to the beach. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The space was beautiful and clean, and had very easy access to the beach and pool. The beach area was a bit small but that may have been due to higher tides. Parking is pretty limited - The driveway and street area are tight so I wouldn’t plan on bringing more than two cars, or bigger cars, because you’ll have to find parking on other streets. A man knocked on our door at 9pm one night to tell us our SUV was sticking out onto the sidewalk area which wasn’t allowed. Other than that, everything was great. Jeff was very responsive and informative the whole trip. We would stay here again!
