190 St. Philip Street is a traditional Charleston home located just one block to King Street. The main floor has an open living room adjoining the bright kitchen complete with open shelving and a custom banquet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with king beds, each with their own ensuite. Just off the front porch is an open patio for relaxing after a full day of shopping and exploring downtown Charleston. 190 St. Philip Street is in a wonderful location just steps to Browns Court Bakery, The Warehouse, and multiple local boutique shops. Within a thirty-minute walk of 190 St. Philip Street you can visit the Battery, Charleston's Open-Air Market, King Street's finest shops, and dine in any of downtowns astounding restaurants.

Great little spot on St Phillips

Cute townhouse with adorable touches. Close to restaurants and very walkable to shopping. Easy parking and very accessible. It was cold and icy so we were unable to use the porch or outdoor furniture. Recommend coming in the warmer months! Enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Home in an Excellent Location!

We loved this home for our girls get away in Charleston. There were only 2 of us, so more than enough room. The home is well appointed and the location is EXCELLENT! Definitely will be back!

Perfect for two couples

Loved the location and set up of the house. Bathrooms updated nicely and beds comfortable. Parking off street in front of the unit. Only issues were that the heater worked well upstairs but was cold downstairs (it’s an older house so you have to expect that), and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty (we had brought an extra bar of soap so not a real problem). Would recommend the home.

Great Thanksgiving

My family and I stayed here for our first stay in Charleston. We could walk everywhere. Location was great! The VRBO was super clean and adorable. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Fantastic Location

Cute house w/ great outdoor space. Fantastic location...close to King St and many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Communication with host was quick and easy.

Loved location and condition of property ! The bedrooms very well appointed along with in suite bathrooms in excellent design & condition . The mattresses extremely comfortable ! Would definitely stay again . The only difficulty was locking the padlock door . We eventually got it but was a struggle.

All was great. The space is adequate, Every thing you need. Locking the font door was tricky, but otherwise no problems. The reservation confirmation sheet accurately describes what’s there.

Great location, walking distance to a number of great restaurants. Only issue was a dirty comforter for the Murphy bed, otherwise clean and well stocked. Would rent again

Food and Wine Festival trip with family

Cute little place, very clean, comfy beds, ac worked great, has all the kitchen gadgets you would need. Only downside was a motion detector flood light that kept going off and on all night. Would stay here again

Clean and great location

It was a perfect setup with two master suites. The home was clean and very welcoming. The location was perfect for walking and enjoying King Street and the surrounding areas. The location is in the heart of the town, so the city noise comes with the perfect location. The property management was very professional and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful home

Home was beautiful! Very clean and Kerri was very fast with responding if we had any questions. Location was perfect and we could walk to many places. Definitely recommend booking this rental.

Great location and beautiful inside and out!

We had 2 couples, it was great to have 2 master bedrooms, the air conditioning did not function 1 night, host was responsive, but could not get it working that night. We had fans and it was not too hot outside, so it was ok.

Amazing place!

This property was the perfect place for my wife and I. This was our first time back in Charleston in 8 years and we had such a wonderful visit. Booking this place will get you in walking distance of many great stores and restaurants! Will be booking again in the future!

Charleston vacation

This property is exactly like the photos. It is close to everything you want to see in Charleston. Be sure to eat at The Ordinary just around the corner! We enjoyed our stay at this property and highly recommend it.
