Very nice place. The size and privacy we needed and good location. Having access to parking was key as well. We could walk to most places and short uber rides when needed.

The apartment is very clean , has everything you would need. If you are looking for a more sterile apartment , it was great. The host was very attentive.All in all a good stay.

This property is beautiful and was so much fun to stay here. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. The owners were very easy to communicate with and helped quickly with any issue. The only slight issue was the parking. The parking was about .3 miles (10-15 min walk) away from the house, which could be more detailed on the listing. I didn’t like leaving my vehicle that far away but it worked out ok!

We had problems with all of the TVs. Also, the Internet. We also had to keep switching the breaker box in the first bedroom because it kept popping.

Great little apartment for a girls weekend getaway. Apartment was clean, 3 bathrooms was a major plus and the location was fantastic. We had a small issue getting out of the parking lot as that parking lot is not big enough for large vehicles (do not recommend parking if your vehicle is larger than a 4 runner). Communication was prompt. Check out was very easy. Overall great little spot!

Perfect place to stay with my children and their spouses. We each had our own bathroom.Parking is included a few blocks away. We parked our cars and walked all over the peninsula. Apartment is close to everything. Was nice to have a full kitchen. We played cards each night.

This is a beautiful, updated space in a historic home in downtown Charleston. The owner was very responsive and interested in making sure their guests had a comfortable stay. The only downside was that parking was a 10 minute walk away, which we were not expecting.

Absolutely loved the place. It was clean and plenty of space for the six of us. We ate in for breakfast and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is about a 10 minute walk to everything which made it perfect for us. The communication with the host was easy and instant. Highly recommended as a place to stay in Charleston.

the location was great, short walk to King street. i didn’t realize that Charleston is such a college town. the house worked out well. it had everything that we needed. the abandoned neighbor was the only oddity. the nightlife and restaurants were all great and close by.great family vacation!

This was a good location for exploring Charleston. It is only a couple of blocks to King Street which has lots of bars and restaurants, and also the bus stop which we used to catch city buses to explore. The unit was very clean and had plenty of space. The only negatives were the parking spots for the upstairs unit are about a 10 minute walk and there was very little water pressure in two of the bathroom faucets (showers were fine). Overall we would recommend this property.

This rental was close to shopping and restaurants on King Street. The parking space was several blocks away, so not super convenient. We did have a water pressure issue, but it was quickly remedied by a visit from maintenance. If we visit again, I’ll probably consider another location, but overall, it met our needs.

Four of stayed here for a girls trip. Perfect location just a few blocks of King St. It was nice to have three bathrooms. Noise machines in all the bedrooms was a nice touch. Communication with the host was excellent.
