Came down for Christmas the house is in a quiet family neighborhood and house was very cozy. Host was amazing

Thanks as 2024

We gather between Thanksgiving and Christmas to celebrate Thanksmas. This year it was held in Frisco, Texas. We enjoyed our stay at Cozy on Christie. Food, family and fun! The only thing that could have been better was the weather, but no one has control over that.

Shopping Trip

Friends shop every July before school starts. We have done this for thirty plus years. Staying here gave us room to visit together, play cards and just enjoy being together. The location was perfect for shopping and return to a nice quiet neighborhood in the evening.

Lovely home in a great neighborhood!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this property while visiting some DFW area friends over New Year's weekend - it was very clean and well furnished with everything we needed! The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was a fun and comfortable place to hang out. There were even toys in the bunkbed room for my friend's 2 year old, which was such a fun surprise for her! I really enjoyed the very large, gorgeous park directly behind the house for taking morning walks. The neighborhood was nice and it was convenient to both good places in Frisco and getting to Allen/Plano/other nearby suburbs. Check in was easy and Joe was very communicative in the days leading up to the stay. I would recommend this place!

Great location

Our family came up for a baptism and stayed for 2 nights. Everything was very clean! It was so close to everything. The backyard was perfect for our puppy. We will be back for sure.

Just what we needed

We needed a place for 4 adults while visiting Frisco. This place was near places we were attending. It was a perfect size and had everything we needed to be comfortable. I would recommend it to others. Our contact was very helpful and considerate. We has a delightful experience.

Frisco stay

This was a very nice home. Communication with the owner was great. The only issue was a plumbing issue with master bathroom had no hot water. Owner tried to resolve before we arrived. We were able to shower in the other bathroom.

Short stay but perfect!

Stayed just one night and went to the Dallas FC game and visited the National Soccer Hall of Fame. Perfect location and even had enjoyable coffee!!! Thank you. We truly enjoyed our stay

Convenient and Quiet

We had family visit and do not have enough space in our house. This property was a great extension of our home and we would have family and friends stay again.

Do not recommend this stay

We had a horrendous experience with this host. I have never worked with a host that asked you to message them when you are on your way to the house in order to receive the login code and access info. This should have been included with the check in email well before our arrival. We waited in the driveway for over an hour, called and texted multiple times, called VRBO and they were unable to contact the host. It is VRBO’s policy to cancel if they cannot reach the host, so we were forced to leave and they offered to put us up in a hotel (only 2 rooms despite booking a 3 bedroom house) My colleagues and I were in town for a business expo and we had large boxes of supplies for our vendor booth. The reason we booked a house is because there would be no space in a hotel room to store all of this the night before and the night after the event. The host finally contacted us after we already checked into the hotel (4.5 hours after the scheduled check in time and said he was coaching a softball game.) He made it sound like it was my fault for not texting him on our way. VRBO’s policy for situations like this is severely LACKING and this was an incredible inconvenience for us. If you want to avoid having to deal with this, don’t rent this house.
