Location is everything, and you can't beat the location of this house - just minutes from the beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island. Explore the nearby Robinson or Perico Preserve, with biking/walking trails, scenic kayaking, and excellent fishing. Relax on the magnificent white sands of Holmes Beach or join in a sand volleyball game. Go horseback riding on the beach just 5 minutes away. Spend time relaxing or fishing off the backyard dock, where you might just get a visit from manatees! Live in luxury at our beautiful, newly renovated home, with 5 furnished bedrooms and 3 full baths. Our home includes 4 kayaks to navigate the beautiful canals of the Island. Or you can stay back on the dock and fish the canal with the fishing equipment provided. Enjoy a game of tennis at the nearby courts using our tennis rackets, or explore the island and nearby Manatee River views with the bicycles provided for endless touring. After your bike ride, kick back and get that vacation tan on one of the patio loungers, or cool off and take a dip in your very own private pool. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee on your private dock over looking the canal and watching the fish jump in the warm morning sun. We do have a boat lift and can discuss your needs for that. Please contact us for more information on bringing your boat along. If you're hungry, enjoy grilling your favorite meal on the patio overlooking the pool and canal, or cook in the large, modern, and open kitchen with all new appliances. We had a very nice stay at this home which is perfectly located to Anna Maria Island and all Bradenton beaches. There were five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. We liked the layout with the master suite being to one side and the other four bedrooms being on the otherside. We enjoyed the pool area overlooking the dock and canal. Having access to the garage was an added bonus as well. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained and conviently located to shopping and restaurants.

The host was very communicative before we arrived and made the check-in process simple. Be advised...your GPS may take you to the neighbor's house, so check the address when you arrive. The property was clean and offered enough room for 6 adults to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other the whole time. We had everything we needed and more. The host provided a variety of "extras" to make the stay enjoyable, including kayaks, bikes, and fishing poles. While our group of seniors didn't use any of them, we found this very thoughtful. We loved our morning coffee on the dock and pool-side. It's so peaceful. If you have any mobility issues, getting in and out of the pool and down to the dock can be a little challenging as there are no hand rails, but with a little ingenuity we got it done! The water was perfect and we spent most of our daylight hours enjoying the pool. The kitchen is large and spacious and, with 6 women, this was something we loved! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this host and property!

Great house!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. It’s conveniently located to everything you need and just a short drive to Anna Maria Island. There were seven of us, plus an infant, and we had plenty of room. The pool is great too!

Beautiful House !

Our family so enjoyed our week at this house. It had lots of room for our family of nine. My grandchildren loved fishing off the dock and swimming at the pool. Definitely would recommend staying at this beautiful home.

Good location

This property fit our needs so well. Our 2 grandkids loved the pool and the house was perfect with plenty of room. Location was great with access to beach, restaurants, grocery stores not far. Definitely recommend!

Something for everyone

Our 4 generation family enjoyed our stay in Bradenton! The neighborhood was great for biking, kayaking in the bayou, and swimming in the heated pool. The nearby Robinson Preserve has a fantastic play place for young children, biking and walking trails for young and old. The proximity to various beaches and restaurants was so convenient. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Great location, lots of room and relaxing back yard

Lovely time here with friends and teens. Lots of additional benefits (kayaks, fishing poles, beach canopies and toiletries) are a nice touch. Jill was responsive and helpful.

Amazing home

We had such a wonderful time here, the hosts were very very helpful! We had lots of fun in the pool and the kids enjoyed all the toys! Thank you guys for everything! We can’t wait to be back

Peaceful oasis

The home was perfect for our party of ten. Everyone had room to spread out. The dock was very nice and the location was peaceful and quiet. It was a good location for those who don’t want to be too close to the touristy area. It was a quick drive to the island. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The grandkids loved the pool and it was also large enough to do laps. The kids saw manatee while kayaking and we were a short drive to the beach and saw dolphins. A perfect location to walk, ride bikes, and even found a pickle ball court at a local school. Would definitely like to return.

Good trip

Our family had a great time on our trip. The house was great, even bigger than the listing can show. There were some issue with the pool cleaners, but no one's fault. We were still able to have a great time. Quiet neighborhood close to stores, restraunts and beaches. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Birthday celebration

Perfect home for a family gathering with adult children. Private rooms for everyone; spacious kitchen and relaxing spaces. Sadly the weather didn’t give us the opportunity to enjoy the pool and wonderful outdoor activities. Maybe next time. Would certainly recommend this property.

Perfect vacation

This home was much more than we expected. The layout was spaced out nicely to give everyone privacy and even has 2 separate living rooms. The pool was much larger than we expected as well. Very quiet neighborhood-so peaceful and relaxing! The kayaks were a really nice extra. We took them out every single day and I even spotted a dolphin in the bayou!! The house is located roughly 10-15 minutes from Anna Maria Island-depending on traffic. I cannot say enough good things about this house and property. If you have a large family, this is the perfect place for you.

House smells of mold under the kitchen sink . There was not 1 piece of toilet paper/paper towels in the entire house. The pool was dirty, we cleaned out the leaves when we arrived we were told it was the time of the season however for the remainder of our stay no leaves got in the pool . Furniture chairs all mismatched and uncomfortable. We had to plug in the televisions to get them to work …. It just seemed as though the house was not prepared for our stay very disappointing

House is beautiful it lacking in cleanliness and list amenities

The house is beautiful but the presentation is lacking. House was not very clean upon arrival , pool was very dirty and garage had 4 bags of trash on the ground from previous tenants. There was no fishing poles or tennis rackets like advertised and a lot of bikes had flat tires or handle bars were flipped down. One of the toilets was broke for three days . Air conditioning was out for two days. There is no cable and the internet would go in and out on most days. There is also rodents in the walls which the owner knows about but told us they could not get pest control out until after we left. Once we complained to owner about the rodents in the walls because the kids could hear them scratching at nighttime she told us we could stay somewhere else if we felt unsafe. Jill the owner was not willing to compensate us at all. The owner has many issues to work out with this house.

Needs some work

The house is functionable, but wouldn’t rate it 5 star. Looks like the “renovations” consisted of new flooring and some shiplap, but not much else. When we arrived, the two garbage cans were overflowing. Not sure why the cleaners couldn’t have seen that. When we went to take out the garbage a few days later, it was filled with maggots. Not something I expect to deal with on vacation. The furniture is acceptable, but again not 5 star. For a sectional in the family room, there was one small side table, so not conducive to having a drink/coffee while sitting there bc there’s nowhere to put a glass down. Pots and pans were so worn and mismatched. As were lin The ceiling grates in the bedrooms were moldy and dirty. The grill was also filthy…whoever grilled last had some sticky sauce like teriyaki and was burnt onto the grates, so we had to deep clean before we could grill. Pool toys in the bin were unusable as they needed to be inflated and the only pumps in the garage were for bikes so we had to buy a pump and new rafts. The bin and the toys were filthy and the boogie boards were cracked and broken. Towels and linens were old and worn. The outdoor area was nice, thankfully bc we spent most of our time there. I have used VRBO for more than 30 years. I’m always pleasantly surprised when we get a home that is truly furnished as a real home, not with towels, dishes, utensils from 15 years ago. This home has so much potential but needs a deep clean and paint. Wouldn’t go back.

I can't say enough how incredible our stay was! My husband and I rented this home with our adult children. The hpuse was plenty big for us all to have our own space and for us to all gather by the pool, livingroom, and kitchen. We enjoyed the dock, bbq, and spending time in the pool and laying in the sun. Wonderful, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Close to the grocery store and so many fun tourist attractions!! We will definitely rent this home again.
