Great beach stay!

This was our 6th time at IOP and this was one of our favorite houses that we’ve rented. We loved the large kitchen, pool table, and raised pool made it easy to watch the kids swim.

House was as advertised. Lots of space, comfortable, and well equipped. Enjoyed the hot tub every night and you cannot beat the view & location. Had a few questions throughout our stay and was able to get quick answers.Absolutely would rent again.

Stunning Views

A beautiful home with stunning views and beach access within seconds. The pool overlooking the ocean was special and the kids loved it. We went with another family and it was perfection!

Creighton Baseball Trip

We had 6 families/parents of Creighton Univesity Baseball players who stayed here while in town to play the College of Charleston. The 700 Ocean Blvd property was perfect for us and allowed us to have some relaxing downtime while not at the ballpark. Overall, it is a great property and an outstanding location!

Great getaway!

We loved our trip and the amenities that the house offered. Only complaint would be the mattresses on the bunk beds…we had 20 year olds staying on some of those beds and they did not sleep well. Everything else was fabulous!

Who says you need a full house to enjoy it

Even though it was just the two of us, this beautiful home made us feel like royalty with all the space! From the stunning lighting to the perfect pool and beach, we couldn’t have asked for a better escape. Easy to find, easy to access, and everything was just right. Highly recommend—whether your group is small or large, this home has everything you need for a perfect getaway!

Beautiful home right on the ocean. We do this once or twice per year. Property was exactly as listed. Carroll Realty was very responsive to our minor issues

No blinds in the house. People were inside the home while we were gone. Someone took the 200 vase of flowers I got my girlfriend for our anniversary the first day we got there while we were gone. There was also lights flashing through our windows while we were sleeping. Finally on the last night the pool and hot tub pump broke and pumped all the water out into the garage floor. Would not recommend anyone staying here.

WONDERFUL

My family had the most amazing time at 700 Ocean Blvd. every facet of our stay was top notch. The people at Carrol Realty were the greatest hosts and always very accommodating! We stayed here two years ago and the transformation is unbelievable. This house slept all of us so comfortably. The young man taking care of the spa was so kind an made sure our spa was turned on at 9 am. I just can’t say enough good things about this house. Thank you to Carrol Realty for making our stay so pleasant and thanks to Vrbo for making it so easy to secure our special house! We’ll be back!

Location and pool were highlights, we had a problem with a leak on the 2nd floor that nearly resulted in a fall on the 1st floor. The realtor requested access to the property on 2 occasions but never showed up or called to reschedule. There was also considerable mold on the ceiling of the 2nd floor.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect and the beach front views can’t be beat. The house was clean, comfortable, well maintained and had everything we needed. The reality company was easy to work with and responsive. 10/10 would recommend!
