Loved this home. Beautiful location and beautiful views. Easy beach access. Only issue we had, pool did not get cleaned during our stay and became pretty dirty. Would definitely use this home again

Disappointed that the hot tub messed up but things happen. Had issues with bees/ wasps and when the man from the rental company came was very unfriendly.

Stunning property, absolutely perfect for our large group. Minor issues were handled promptly with utmost professionalism. Tons of parking space, gorgeous beachfront setting. Would love an opportunity to stay here again.

Beautiful home inside and out. Great for families and kids. Very clean. Just buy paper towels and/or napkins since only 1 partial paper towel role was provided. Thoroughly enjoyed everything about this home, the location, beach front, lawn chairs and layout chairs everywhere. I would definitely stay in this same house again when I come back to Charleston.

Best Birthday Celebration

We had a surprise birthday celebration for my husband and couldn’t have picked a more wonderful location! The house is fabulous! The landscaping is beautiful, and views are to die for. Daytime at the beach and evenings on the balcony pool and hot tub…oh and the kitchen actually has everything!

Average at best

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I take my family of 10 on a vacation every summer and am sorry to report that our experience with the condition of the property I rented this year was disappointing.The ladies from the office were wonderful and tried to resolve our issues and I commend them for their efforts. The floors on the main level were very dirty and I was told the contractors were probably at fault, the refrigerator was broken and they had a tiny refrigerator sent to the house which did not work,could not hold all of our food and had mold in it. They brought DRY ICE to us to keep the temperature in the refrigerator down and refunded me for the food we lost. The washer and dryer were not working and they had those replaced. The ceiling fan in the bedroom on the main level was on the verge of falling down and they had that replaced. The garage floor was flooded from a leak overhead, the pool company left the pool filthy and had someone come to clean it who left before cleaning it. They did send another pool cleaner who took care of it though, the beach chairs were falling apart and/or broken, many of the lights did not work, perhaps needing the bulbs replaced. There were repairs on the ceiling on the main level that were attempted but the results were unsightly. They said they would send my sound machine, which I left there accidentally, back to me but they never sent it back to me. I was willing to give East Islands Rentals another chance and rent from them next year but after telling me many times they would contact me, noone ever did. There are other matters I could discuss but don't believe they could remedy those.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY - AS ADVERTISED.

This house was all that we could have expected . We had a weeklong extended family vacation. The property was large enough to accommodate all of our guests and give us plenty of space when we wanted some downtime. The beachfront access is amazing with a beautiful walk thru the garden on your own private walkway. Plenty of amenities, amazing location and very attentive when questions were asked.

Great get away for family visit

Great 6 bed house with separate ensuite bathrooms

We planned a Christmas through New Year’s family getaway (all grown kids with their spouses). Got lucky with warmweather so walked to the beach via private path, used hot tub and pool and sunbathed on upper decks. We congregated in main large room with gas fireplace and all had privacy in separate bedrooms. 20 minutes to downtown Charleston so best of all worlds. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home

Our family loved our time in this spacious and comfortable home. The pool and hot tub was awesome, access to the beach, all the kitchen needs readily available. When things run smoothly you know it was a great home! We couldn't have asked for more fun with our family which ranges from age 6 months to teenagers. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
