Large Smart TV to enjoy a movie night in a great room. Fully equipped kitchen for family meals. White CLEAN linens! Private pool for long sun bathing day, heated for an extra charge. The location to Disney Parks was great. The community had beautiful, well maintained amenities. The unit itself was clean, spacious and had all the essentials you needed. It was nice to have the extra space for the family.

Home is a little dated but overall clean and functional. Small pool at the house was nice for a quick cool down but the large pool area was super nice all around. Great spot! Some of the small extra things at the house would be nice, like trash bags and soaps and stuff. Master bath shower drain was very slow.

We had a wonderful time. The townhouse was clean and as advertised! The grandkids loved pool, and we all loved the community pool and clubhouse.

Eveeything was great. It had everything we needed. And the heated pool was awesome. My son and grandson loved it.

Great stay

It was a every easy check in. Loved the pool. Just a overall great time. Club house was nice with pool area and store. Close to Disney and other shopping.

Perfect for us

Host was great, attentive. Perfect home and very affordable. 3 full bathrooms and the pool! The complex itself is very safe, beautiful! Perfect location!

We didn’t stay at this property due to a technical emergency, however, the host accommodated us to one of their other properties that was just as nice.

Spring Break Vacation

Everything went smoothly and the accommodations were perfect. We checked in around 3 am and it went well. We spent quite a few days visiting the parks and the location was perfect for that. Thank you!

Great condo near Theme Parks

Condo was very clean and ready a little earlier than listed check in time! Small private pool was nice for our son to play in. Larger pool area was also nice, we chose to drive but could have been walked too. Parking space right in front of unit was great. Would definitely stay there again if we revisit the same area.

While it had some kitchen supplies it lacked sets, example no pan to cook bacon with that had a lid. Had to use baking sheet to cover pan. Very minimal on things. No extra blankets and bath towels were very old and small. Location was great and served it's purpose for our trip.

Great stay!

The townhome was clean and well maintained. The kitchen and family were great for us (4 guests). Would have been tight if you had 6 guests. The little pool in the back was perfect for the kids to play in after long days at Universal and Disney. Great to have a washer and dryer. Even with 90+ degrees outside the air conditioning was able to keep a cool temp! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for us

Stayed here with my daughter and her husband and my grandson. We had a great time. The pool was perfect. The only thing I would say about this property was it definitely needed a light by the dining table was very dark otherwise it was the perfect place. I’ve stayed in Windsor Hills twice before in condos. It was nice having a townhouse with a private pool. Would definitely rent there again.!!!

Cheer Competition at ESPN and Disney Day

We loved this place! The owner was quick to respond to my questions before our stay. The townhome had everything we needed! The resort pool, slides and hot tub were fantastic. We walked around the neighborhood, which had a lovely playground. The location to Walmart, ESPN and Disney was so convenient! This place was perfect for our party of five, ages 12, 14, 40 somethings, and a 71 year old. Great townhome!!

Good House W/ Great Location

We had a great week here at this property. Super close to Disney and we’re able to get to the parks in about 10 minutes. Had a few issues at the gate check-in but Host was able to sort it out quickly. I wish there had been a few extra items left for our week (only 1 paper towel roll, 1 dish washer pod, and 3 trash bags), however we were able to make it work and I’m sure host would have been responsive if we had decided to contact them. Overall great experience, and both the splash pool and community pool provided some great evening entertainment for the kids 😊. Would stay again!

Disney

We originally had a different condo booked, but it had issues when we walked in the door. We contacted the property manager and in less than 20 minutes they had another condo available and we were able to get into quickly. We appreciate the support.

Not as pictured, dirty.

The neighborhood was great, quiet, close to parks. It wasn’t the same as in the pictures, so don’t show your kids the pictures and then them expect the larger pool or different rooms. Our needed cosmetic updates, but overall, it appeared dirty and needs a deep clean.

Our homes are crisp clean: at exactly as picture shown. It is a splash pool we posted it. If place “appears dirty” please inform us we will clean it immediately! Not a word was communicated to us as far as different pictures, rooms, cleanness or a pool.

Our Townhouse

Good overall. Photos suggested own pool was a good size when it is small but fine. Very good location for Disney. We went to Universal but still good - 12 miles. Resort is nice. Ensure the people named for the gate access, are the drivers and have their driving licences to hand as we had real issues getting in. Passport is not allowed. Had difficulty getting responses from owner.

Thank you for your review: We clearly post that private pool is a splash pool and size is posted. We clearly email instructions stating that guest have to have VALID ID to present to the guard. Sorry we work full time and cannot respond immediately : please understand that this home is not a hotel and a hotel style services including texting 24/7 are not offered.
