The security gate required us to each be listed to get into the resort. This isn't an issue but, because it wasn't included in check in directions, only I, as the booking party, was on the list and we had to contact the host to correct it. This caused a delay for the other half of our group. It would be best to hbclude this ahead of tim. The location was excellent, very close to Disney, and the pricing for location and amenities was great!

Amazing property with everything you need to enjoy a nice family vacation. We were here for cheer, so super close to ESPN and all Disney parks. Small pool in the back yard was perfect for my kids, and bonus you have a water park just a short walk away. I am so glad I found this property and will definitely stay here again as we travel here every year.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. The townhome was very spacious and clean. We loved being able to have a washer and a dryer during the stay. The amenities are fabulous, this is our second visit to this community and it's always a good time. Traffic in the area is heavy but that is no fault of the owner obviously. Very close to Walmart for anything you may need. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here. Our host answered our questions right away and the townhome was very clean and very comfortable. Very pretty too! Very safe area and close to all the parks. We will be staying here again and so will our family and friends! Loved it! Thank you again for a great week!

Pros: Pretty area. Felt safe with guarded entry. Conveniently located to Disney parks. Roomy condo. Cons: one of the bathrooms had mildew/mold in the shower. Towels were old and we never received wash or hand towels even after multiple messages with VRBO who said they had contacted the property Suggestions: improve cleaning/replacing the shower liner, better quality and quantity of linens, instructions for tv/remotes, and switch the refrigerator door to open to the left (currently there’s little room to access the fridge with an open to the right set up.

This house needs some updating and a deep cleaning. We found hair in the bunk beds, and it there was dust everywhere. They did not provide dish washer or laundry soap. We rented the house for the private heated pool, but it was not heated and there is an extra fee to heat it. The private pool takes up to 24 hours to heat so it would have been nice to know this upfront. The community pool and water slides were great, but the house needs some updating.

Hello Pat, Thanks for your review. However, I don’t know which property you’re referring to as needing an update. The property was newly refurbished and decorated. Guests that are interested in using the pool during colder months will ask if the pool is heated and it is at the time we give them the extra cost as the electricity charges goes up using that service. All guests that needs this pay $30 per day which covers the extra cost we incur.

Overall great stay! We enjoyed our stay!

Location was great, short walk to the pool. Comfortable beds and well stocked with kitchen cooking supplies.Only addition that would have been a nice to have was luggage holders in each room.Few cosmetics paint touchups would help the overall appearance on the place- minor review but noticed immediately upon entry.

Great stay

My daughter and I recently stayed here and it suited our needs perfectly. Very close to Disney, especially ESPN which we were back and fprth from several times. It was nice being close to the pool area, which was just a short walk. Property itself was very clean and comfortable. There were also enough basics provided to get us through our short stay (toilet paper, paper towels , dishwasher and laundry detergent).

One of the cleanest properties I have stayed at in Orlando-which speaks volumes! Property manager was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had during the stay. Was super close to Disney if you're going into the parks. Love this area. Walmart very close by, Target as well, Publix. Several food options that are open late after being in the parks. Highly would recommend renting from this property manager especially for the cleanness! My kids loved the splash pool.

Great stay!

We had everything we needed to enjoy our week at the property, When I got to the property, the keypad for the door wasn’t working but I got an immediate response from the owner. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The property location and Windsor Hills resort was perfect for us, and an ideal location for visiting Disney and Universal. Walmart is also very close. We found the property to be surface clean, although it would benefit from a deep-clean. The outdoor furniture is also a bit tired. The space inside and general supplies provided was ideal for our needs, however we did end up buying tea towels for drying dishes and new chopping boards which we left there. Only one very small bar of soap was provided despite there being three bathrooms. We had one significant issue which was the patio door would not securely lock on one side. We made the host aware on the day we arrived and despite them saying they would arrange for someone to attend to this, no one ever did. On the whole communication with the host was good, however we did feel extremely let down by a lack of communication and action from the host in relation to this issue. They did apologise for the lack of communication and explained it was proving difficult to get someone out, however no other solutions were offered. We did feel our safety and security were compromised and it changed how we used the property with my son not wanting to sleep downstairs as was originally planned. We did manage to put a temporary fix in place ourselves and communicated this with the host advising a more permanent fix should be sought. This incident impacted an otherwise excellent stay for us and is the reason for my lower rating.

The condo is in a beautiful resort, which is well maintained. We enjoyed the pool. The water slides were just ok. The condo itself was very clean with good quality sheets. The towels were in good condition, although on the small side (and we're not overweight). The rooms were nicely decorated, especially the kids star wars room. Appliances worked well. Overall, it was a great spot for our family of five. We were there mostly to visit Disney world, and we appreciated how close it was. 12 minutes away from the parks, and easy to get to. We stayed here for 8 nights, and my only complaint is that they didn't provide sufficient toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags for even half our stay. I've stayed in lots of VRBO rentals and never experienced that before. When we arrived, there were tiny rolls of toilet paper (2 per bathroom), 2 kitchen garbage bags, and one small rolll of paper towels. We got a condo with a kitchen so we could eat breakfast there and prepare snacks for our long days at Disney. And we were at the parks 16 hours a day! Luckily, Walmart is just a mile away. Also, the soap and shampoo provided is tiny and poor quality. It's a minor thing, so just be prepared to shop for more supplies. If it hadn't been for that, the place would have been perfect.

We acknowledge your review, however at reservation of the property it was noted we supply only the basic amount of toiletries and encourage guests to bring theirs and what they are familiar with.
