Fabulous ocean front property in Mission Beach, killer views, step from your porch to the sand, hardwood floors throughout, spacious rooms, lovely furnishings, quality linen and bedding, TVs in all rooms. Twin(s) Bedroom is on ground floor, Master King Bedroom and queen bedrooms on second floor. Full bathroom with shower on second floor, Full bathroom on ground floor with Tub/Shower. 1 step up to front door.

On the patio you will have exclusive access to the raised brick patio and first set of table and chairs back. The other set of table and chairs is for the adjacent unit.

Close to all: walk to restaurants and shops. Adjacent properties available for large family gatherings and reunions. Outside seating and patios, with BBQ and shower complemented by colorful planters. Lots of beach toys, and beach chairs.

Had a great stay

Had some rain the first couple of days but was awesome just watching the ocean. Was a great spot on the boardwalk.

Wonderful beach front property

We love this property. Right on the beach and just minutes from numerous great restaurants. Property was cozy with fireplaces and heater when needed and even an off street parking place.

Perfect Beach Spot!!

Location couldn’t be better! Fall into the Ocean out your Front Door, easy walk to a variety of restaurants and not in the mainstream of people down by the Pier. Can’t go wrong selecting this venue.

Mission Beach boardwalk 2021

Location location location! I spent a week with family in this wonderful location on Mission Beach. Everything was clean and the house came with everything necessary to cook for a big family. Plenty of sand toys and beach towels. We loved the front patio. I definitely plan on another summer vacation here in the future!

Home away from home

We were so pleased with our stay at this charming beach house. The location is unbeatable, so close to excellent local restaurants, the boardwalk, and to various other attractions in San Diego. I was particularly impressed with the layout of the rooms and the accommodations of the condo. It felt roomy and well-utilized, with plenty of seating and ample closet space throughout. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we used it frequently. The shower was hot with excellent water pressure—we really appreciated all the provided toiletries. The twin beds and pullout couch in the third bedroom were perfect for my three small children, and they had lots of fun choosing from the available beach toys so kindly provided by the host. The garage fit our full-sized minivan with some careful attention to the parking. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and were very grateful for the opportunity!

Perfect location with Beautiful view of the ocean.

My family and I loved the house. It had everything we needed. Clean towels, water toys and beautiful view of the ocean. The master bedroom has a lot of room. We loved waking up to the sound of the ocean with a beautiful view.

Two summer vacations and looking forward to our 3rd!

Ocean facing property with enough room to sleep 6 comfortably (with a pull out couch for 2 more) . Steps from the beach, shopping (groceries, etc) and our morning coffee at Intazza. Feels like a cottage setting on the ocean. Only down side is although it says two garages, it’s like 1.5 unless you have a very small second car. But once you are parked, you rarely need a vehicle. Looking forward to our summer vacation next year at 704 Sunset Ct!

Ocean views and everything you could want!

Location and views are amazing! Bring your family/friends, your clothes and groceries.. everything else is there waiting for you. Honestly, there was not anything that we needed that was not in the house. Very comfortable, easy check-in/out. Hosts were easy to work with, as we had an added guest after reservation was set.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful experience! The house had tons of space for a family with kids. Being so close to the beach is a game charger with young ones. We would love to return to the property!

Breathtaking Beach House

I cannot emphasize how much we loved this house and enjoyed our stay. It's in a very central location with shops and restaurants all nearby within a few steps, but the proximity to the beach is the best part, simply breathtaking! Everything you could possibly need is included with the property. The house easily sleeps 8 people. I cant wait to come back to this GEM! 10 stars if you ask me.

Front door on the boardwalk and waves

This location is exactly what we wanted: a roomy house with porch and window views of the ocean, sound of the waves, and people watching on the boardwalk. Several good restaurants (dine in or take out) within a 5 - 10 minute walk (parking can be tight, so this is nice). With UCSD only 20 minutes away, Saturday night was a howling wilding until about 2 AM, but that probably just comes with the territory. Bring some ear plugs. The garage is small... our Honda Civic was just wide enough. The other garage might park my motorcycle or a Smart Car. Only things to fix are a persistent fish smell in the kitchen, the Teflon cookware is peeling (bring your own if you're picky), and some of the drapes were old and frayed, wouldn't close completely. Bring some clothespins for that and you'll be fine. Overall we really enjoyed the ambiance.

The house has a lot of,issues

The garbage disposal was broken and poor guest had it full so smelly. Reported but no one came out entire stay. Dining room chairs all broken. Queen bed was so,worn,you rolled to middle.The bathroom towels were worn so not soft. The gate latch was loose so hard to close. The kitchen dead by was broken. The whole time we were there we were so,careful as thought we would be blamed and no return on deposit. When I emailed agent we picked up keys from she said seeing we went through VRBO we would have to,wait,and see about deposit. We did get it back, but unnecessary stress. Maybe this house is just for young party crowd and not a group of adults with one hanicap (which I advised when I booked). The house as a rental I understand the furniture wouldn't be new, but it should be good shape. The positive on house was location. We were right on ocean and easy to get everywhere. I would not recommend for over 35 crowd, but okay for young party crowd

Amazing Oceanfront view!

Just spent a fabulous Thanksgiving weekend at the property. It was very comfortable and a great location. The BEST thing is the view out the family room window. The house is raised up and has large windows which allowed us to watch the ocean and the boardwalk whether we were outside on the patio or inside on the couch! We would stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

Manager of property was extremely rude

We stayed here last summer and while we like the house and location, the manager of the property is extremely rude. The house is in a great location and we have stayed here for over ten years, but won't be back because of the way we were treated by the manager.
