House was amazing. Clean and large, plenty of space. Best location in Mission Bay: steps to beach, minutes walk to resturants and shops, quick drive to Belmont Park and SeaWorld. This is now our go to beach house.

We loved staying here for a wonderful week in an absolutely ideal location. The only knock is that the fans (which are necessary since there is no a/c) were really dirty when we arrived, but that was a small hiccup. Highly recommend

House was perfect for 3 adults and 3 kids. Sadly we had an unexpected heat wave during the time we were there but between lots of fans, a portable ac I purchased while there, and the host having an ac guy come by with an extra portable ac we were able to keep the bedrooms cool enough to rest at night. Otherwise, perfect location, lots of food and shops within walking distance, and the beach easily accessible just a quick walk from the house. Would highly recommend!

Amazing communication with the host and easy check-in. The location is so perfect - easy access to the beach and very close to the bay. Loved that beach chairs, a boogie board and beach towels were provided. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Beach Hangout

Super location near the beach and Mission Bay. Great restaurants and fun to just walk around and enjoy lazy days by the water.

It is wonderful to have the garage in this area where parking is very hard to find. The house is spacious for our party. We had great time staying here. And,Aaron is very responsive to answer any questions we had.

Amazing property with amazing views and location

We loved staying here for my daughters wedding on La Jolla beach. We were so close to the ocean we could hear the waves at night. Great access to restaurants and activities.

Beautiful home in a great location!

Our extended family stayed several nights and thoroughly enjoyed the layout of the home - centrally located kitchens, family rooms and well furnished patios. Plenty of space for the adult kids to spread out and lots of restaurants to walk to - although we ate several meals in together as well and used the BBQ. Just a hop to the beach and very close to the bay as well. Very fun stay!

Delightful

Our family enjoyed Aaron’s home so much. It was very clean and the location was awesome. A few steps from the beach and close to many fun little restaurants within walking distance. Aaron was fantastic to communicate with.

Fantastic location

The house worked well for our 6 adults. We were a few houses off of the Boardwalk with so many good places to walk. Great communication also. Thank you!

Great place for a family vacation. Lots to do for kids and adults

Bed on first level bedroom at 714 needs to be replaced as it squeaks every time you move.

This house was great for kids. They and their parents stayed in the bedrooms on the top floor and I (grandmother) stayed in the bedroom on the 2nd floor. The house was very clean, parking was fine, easy to get in and out of the garage. The beach was just a short walk away. Check-in was easy. Communications with the host were great. They quickly brought us some needed sheets for the sofa bed. We loved our stay at this house.

Great place for our large 3 Day crew.

We rented both sides of the building for our 11 member 3 Day breast cancer walk crew. It worked out great for all of us.

Great location! Congested area, but so close to the beach was fantastic and the access to the garage made coming and going a breeze. Locations is in Mission Beach but a walk one way gets you to Pacific Beach with great restaurants and a walk the other way gets you to The Boardwalk with rides, mini golf, and escape rooms. Great supply of available beach equipment and toys. The house front door is on a walk-way / sidewalk but there is an alley on the other side of the neighboring house so no issue with grocery delivery or Door Dash finding us. We are a family of four with two teenage daughter and we had plenty of room and a great vacation. Would stay here again.

This was an excellent property. Nice and clean and steps from the beach. The house was quick sand responsive for all questions. There was an attached garage so we didn’t have to fight for parking and lots of beach supplies . The place had no AC they provided lots of fans but we were still hot and miserable. My kids had a blasted . The location makes the temperature of the place all worth it. We knew before booking there was no ac and still went for it. I wouldn’t change a thing excellent experience.

Family Vacation

The location is great for family, the condo was also great. The noise ordinance is not really effective as with the windows open you could hear lots of noise. But we had a great time.

Family Trip

We had a fantastic time at the beach house. The location was perfect as it was far enough from Belmont Park to avoid the chaos yet an easy walk. We loved how the property was situated in between Belmont and the main pacific beach areas. It gave us the ability to easily walk there, yet enjoy less foot traffic in beach and boardwalk. The home was clean and comfortable and the garage parking was a bonus. There were 2 beach bikes, 4 beach chairs and 3 boogie boards, a large and small beach umbrella and we used all of them. We ate most of our meals outside on the large table and enjoyed the ocean being a 20 second walk away. We just absolutely loved our time and will hopefully come back soon. Owners were responsive and friendly!
