It was a very very nice place with so much room for a couple of us. It was so nice to have a place close to the hospital so I could be near my mom. Would recommend staying here to anyone. Also located by so many places to eat!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is cutely decorated and exactly as advertised. Check-in and check-out were smooth and we appreciated having access to the garage. Georgina was great to work with and quickly responded to any questions I had. We would def recommend. Thank you!

This is townhome is perfect, peaceful, and ideal for a weekend getaway. The outdoor space is so relaxing and private. Close to lots of cute, fun spots to eat and drink. Definitely would book again!

Wonderful host and an amazing home to stay in. The area is beautiful and loved having the garage parking. Home is set up nice and furnishings were perfect. I will definitely stay here again.

It was nice to have a fireplace, the view of the trees was nice and we loved the openness of this home. Good communication with owner when needed, safe quiet neighborhood.

I visit Fort Worth frequently and I try to stay here as often as I can. The location (a block from Magnolia shops & restaurants), the home has an extremely comfortable layout for our family, and the host is highly responsive.

Easy process checking in and out. Townhouse is wonderful and spacious. Host was great with communication. We loved our stay!

Great placeExactly as described. Great location for enjoying Ft. Worth. Very close to hospital district if you need a place to stay if a loved one is hospitalized. Steps away from great bbq, Tex-Mex, ice cream and coffee on Magnolia. Great host. Very responsive. Comfortable beds. 3 of us were over 6’ and able to sleep comfortably. Good kitchen. Great porch for morning coffee or chill evenings. Private garage for two vehicles. I would stay here again without a second thought.

Great Place to Stay in Fort Worth!

My family was in town for a baseball tournament. This place was located perfectly for us! Close to TCU and the Stockyards! Easy to get to everything! We would definitely stay there again!

The pros: Good Location, has a garage so no street parking, the host answered back in a timely manner.Cons: The property hasn't been deep cleaned in a long time. There was dust build up on nearly every surface (bed headboard, pictures, ceiling fan, lights, etc) . The air return was black from dirt build up. The primary and basement bathrooms were not cleaned appropriately before our arrival. There was mold in both showers. No garage door opener upon arrival.I reached out to the owner regarding the bathrooms and the air return vents. She had someone come the next day to "clean". The vents were improved but the mold issue wasn't. The owner kept insisting it was "staining on the grout." I'm sorry but clear and white grout don't stain themselves and it would have been a non issue if the bathrooms were something that were cleaned regularly. I would have been mortified if a guest at my property had to spend time cleaning my rental because I was negligent and didn't follow up to make sure things were being properly taken care of. We replaced the basement bath shower curtain because it too was disgusting and yellow from neglect. A new garage door opener was dropped off the day after check-in so we had that to use for the remainder of our trip.I would not recommend this property. It has the potential to be nice but is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. I spent over an hour wiping down surfaces and dusting myself. I shouldn't have to do that in a place I'm paying for.

We’re sorry this stay didn’t meet your expectations. When you raised concerns during the trip, we responded right away, arranged for someone to come the next day, addressed the garage opener, and offered to reimburse the shower curtain once we had a receipt. We take cleanliness seriously and followed up on every issue you brought to us. Some of what you described as mold we explained at the time as staining in/behind the grout and seal — not surface dirt we could wipe away on the spot — and we were clear about that while still sending help. We’re always glad to work with guests who communicate courteously. The tone of the messages during this stay was unusually demanding, which made it harder to resolve things productively despite our efforts to help. We’re continually improving the home and appreciate constructive feedback. We wish you’d found more to enjoy about the location and the property.

Wonderful Property and Host

This was such a wonderful property. Close to Magnolia Ave with precious shops and restaurants. The house was very clean with all things you would need for a stay. We loved sitting on the awesome patio. The Host was so informative and kind. Would 100% stay again.

Perfect place!

This Townhouse was a perfect place to stay while we were in Fort worth for me and my family of mostly teenagers. A great layout ! And the neighborhood is great for walking. a ton of places to shop and eat . definitely will recommend.
