Charming 2/1 Centrally located and close to ULM! Pet Friendly!

This 2/1 is located near everything in Monroe! Close to Antique Alley, St Francis, ULM. (all about 3 miles). Also near lots of great restaurants and shopping.
This is a really cozy 1950's cottage and I've kept a lot of the original charm. There is covered parking and a fully fenced in backyard for your pet. No extra pet fees.
The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you'd need to cook meals. I provide coffee and snacks for all guests. For the babies/infants, there is a new pack and play.

Super cozy little House

We stayed a week. It was easily accessible, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood felt safe. The front porch was a treat in the morning to watch the birds and squirrels.

Great pet friendly stay

Loved this cute 2 bedroom in Monroe for a stay to see family over the holidays. Large backyard was perfect for our two pups.

August One Night Stay

The house sits on a corner lot. It is cute. Sparsely furnished, but functional for what I needed. Bathroom is tiny. Downsides: Noise from constant traffic on Oliver. Check-out is 10am. Kind of early!

Such a CUTE house

Great stopover in Monroe

Communication with the host was superb; she was very quick to answer and help with any questions we had. The property is exactly as described, a charming, older-style house. It was the prefect stop for us with our 2 dogs to have a break during a road trip. The yard was large and clean. The house had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and we all slept very well.

Super cute!

Loved our stay at the house. Perfect for myself and my teen daughter. Nice older neighborhood and appreciated the carport out front especially since it rained a bit during our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed and house was clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Monroe.

Quaint and Charming

We loved our stay in this cute little house! The house itself is adorable and a perfect size for me, my husband and our adult daughter. Oh and our dog! It perfectly met our needs and we would definitely stay here again. It was also within walking distance of Anytime Fitness (where we are members) and a great restaurant (Trio's). 5 stars!

This small older house has a lot of personality! The quirky art work and scattering of antiques give this house a certain charm. It is an older property but very very clean, including under the beds. The covered parking is nice and the fenced backyard was great for the small dog we are traveling with. The neighborhood is quiet and the note from the owner's listing local places to eat led us to a great meal at Waterfront Grill. If we find ourselves in Monroe again we will definitely check availibility here!

Quick trip

We stayed for two nights when we attended freshmen orientation at ULM. The location was safe and just a quick ride to campus. The house was just what we needed for a quick two night stay and everything was as described. Our only issue/complaint was a small blood stain on the sheets. We didn’t notice until we went to go to bed so at that point it was too late to wash them and we had to just put a towel down for the night. The stain did come out when we washed the sheets so we felt like the sheets on the bed must not have been washed in between guests.

Smells musty, bugs in bathroom sink, shower curtain had mold, toilet needed repairs, step to enter house was too tall for short people to enter porch. No hand rails to enter porch. Located on end of busy street. Instructions left on refrigerator to remove sheets from bsd and leave in a pile on floor. Second instruction stated to put towels in washing machine and start washer. Third instruction stated to put dishes in dishwasher and start.

This adorable place was perfect for me and my teenage daughter who stayed for her softball tournament. We don’t stay in hotels because we get better rest and feel more secure at places like this one. The location of this place is super comfortable and secure, and this is the first place we have ever stayed with COVERED PARKING. That’s huge in the Louisiana heat. Also, the inside AND outside are SO CLEAN! We will definitely be staying here again in the future when we have tournaments in the area.

Great location for just passing through. Found a nearby restaurant right on the river that we loved. Great yard for the dogs and house was very clean.

We had a great stay! Perfect location to ULM. We were in town for Orientation. Our daughter stayed on campus, and we stayed here. We were only there to sleep and shower, so we weren't able to take full advantage of the house. Super cozy! Highly recommend.

Graduation weekend

We used this cute little house for a ULM graduation weekend stay. It was clean and in a safe/quiet area. No problems. Good communication from the property manager. We did not have any issues arise. The temperature in the house was nice and cool when we arrived.

Great Travel Stay

This small cottage has a lot of upgrades. It's an older house and older neighborhood. We felt safe and comfortable. The house has every thing you need. A bonus was having washer and dryer. Would stay again.

LOVED OUR STAY!!!!

SUPER CUTE HOME!!! VERY MUCH ENJOYED OUR STAY. IF I HAD TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING IT WOULD BE THE FULL SIZE BED WAS SUPER HARD, BUT MY GIRLS JUST SLEPT ON THE SOFA. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN
