Our home is close to the city center, art and culture. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has a full bed.

Enjoy your privacy while also being centrally located. We are near a railroad. The area is under a no horn restriction. You will hear a rumble as it passes.

Our communicative hosts made check-in super easy, and we could not have been happier with the cottage. Located only minutes from everything, clean, comfortable, and full of character! Now the important parts…- Great price.- Responsive hosts.- Super comfortable beds.- Cold AC.- Hot water & great water pressure.- Charming safe neighborhood.- Close to anything you might need.We would gladly stay here anytime we’re in town.

Very quaint little house! Was perfect for my husband & I! Very clean & bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed! There was even music playing when we entered the house! That was awesome! Would highly recommend this home! It's next to the railroad tracks, but they do not blow the train whistle, so we had no issues with that! Very quiet & love the banana trees outside! Loved our 2 night stay!

Place was exactly as what we needed as we spent the week there in West Monroe. AC went out but owner came quickly to repair, and we did not have any issues.

Home was clean and comfortable. Kitchen coffee maker was very convenient as well as the fridge to keep water and drinks. Bedroom was super comfortable and the TV and fan were also a plus. I would stay again!

The property was adorable. The set up was cozy and comfortable. The home seemed cared for and it was nice to see some oth the original features of the home still intact. The host were responsive and kind. We were actually going to book it for our next stay in July after the first night but someone had already beat us to it. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

Cute comfortable house with a great location. My husband and I were in town for ULM baseball so the location was great with quick access to the university. There is a fantastic coffee shop that we walked to in the morning and a few places we walked to to eat in the evening. The only thing we had a problem with is the internet was a not very reliable while my husband was trying to answer emails for work.
