Su, was very helpful and responsive with any questions. The house was perfect. The outside pool area was amazing. House is located 14 minutes from beach which was great. Plenty of beach supplies chairs, umbrellas, toys were available.. highly recommend.

Su has created a truly beautiful retreat only minutes from the beach. Su was always responsive to any inquiries and very generous with her baked goods. We hope to return next year.

We had a great time on our vacation! Thanks Su for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house it was just like it stated in the pictures and description. We loved the heated pool that's where we spent most of our time. The beach isn't far when we wanted to go there. Su was very helpful if we needed anything and great communication. We will definitely be back!

This place was great! It was clean, well supplied with everything, had nice furniture, and was in a quiet neiborhood. We really enjoyed the large well appointed screened in lani by the pool. The art work in the house and yard were the best! (The mattress in one bedroom is very soft) The property owner was very nice and easy to deal with. We already booked this place for next year.

This house is one of the funnest we stayed at. The landscaping is just amazing, the house is decorated perfectly the lanai is giant with enough seats for ten peple and the back yard with the pool is beautiful. I cant say enough ,we will definitely stay again! The host Su is very nice and accommodating.

I'm not easy to please but I can say without hesitation that this home is beautiful, well equipped, clean, has a great location and our Host, Su, is excellent. My wife and I fully expect and look forward to our return. Outstanding experience !!!!!

summer get away

good location, quiet neighborhood, close enough to everything. Great pool. ( could use updated and addl. loungers, maybe some newer floaties for the pool ) beds need new mattresses, very soft. Otherwise everything was great.

Great oasis paradise close to everything!

BEAUTIFUL property!! Pictures do not do it justice! VERY very clean property! Pool was perfect size for 4 adults and 1 child! House had all the beach accessories! Su was such a wonderful host! She greeted us at the door with the most amazing homemade cookies! This will be our new go to beach house rental!

Great rental!

The pictures don't do the property and pool justice. The pool area was so wonderfully decorated and calming. My kids preferred it over the beach! Su was a wonderful host, providing us with fresh baked cookies upon our arrival. The house is well equipped with towels, pool toys, seasonings to cook with. The sofa in the living room was very comfortable and the TVs all throughout the house were a nice size. We would love to come back again!

Wonderful

My family and I have been coming to the area for vacation for many years and this was one of the most enjoyable houses we have stayed in. Very clean and smelled amazing when we walked in. Had some sweet treats on the counter which was yummy and very welcoming. Had everything you could want for accomidations including beach supplies. We loved back yard area and had fun in the pool. Close to the main streets to get around town and to the beach however we could not hear any traffic noise!! We will definitely be back!!

Lovely

Upon arrival the house was very clean. We had everything we needed there! I did buy some beach toys and extra pool floats but because we wanted them. We ended up leaving them behind for another family to maybe enjoy. The pool area was phenomenal! Very relaxing. Su, the host, is such a sweet woman! We had treats on the counter when we arrived and she gave her personal number if we needed anything. I would definitely stay at this property again. We all enjoyed it very much! Thank you, Su!

The host was wonderful. We were a family of 4 and there for 2 weeks. She made us feel right at home. She was very kind to my 2 daughters which was a plus for me. She was very welcoming and went out of her way for us. Her house is very colorful and had every thing we needed. The ice maker was wonderful and kept up with us using lots of ice for the cooler we carried to the beaches. It’s a great location. Outback has a lot of lights to light up the evening while you swim at night. The water has nice pressure and it was hot for a nice hot shower. It had removable shower heads. I would definitely stay there again. The pool was a great hit for the girls. It was a nice temperature. It was not freezing cold. Overall we were very happy with our stay. I told my husband the only thing that could make the house any better was a hot tub. He told me I was the only crazy person who would enjoy a hot tub in summer in Florida.

Everything about this property and Host was superb. Attention to detail of the little things was a 10 out of 10 I can’t wait to come back and have two different families that are looking to come to that same property from the pictures I sent them and what I told them about Su the host
