All the rooms were nicely decorated, clean and prepared for us. The host was so nice and responsive to each message and question I had. I was pleasantly surprised about that. The pool is definitely a awesome touch to the house. Plus that they accept pets is a huge bonus for us as we love to take our dog with us as much as possible.

Not only was the house beautiful and had many amenities, but it was centrally located to beaches, wonderful restaurants, great shopping, farmers markets, and more.The hosts are great and keeping good communication with youThe sunrises and sunsets here are just wonderful so take them in if you can. This was a great vacation home to stay at.

We had a wonderful stay. Our grandsons loved the pool table, ping pong table and pool. It’s a lovely and quiet neighborhood too.

We can’t be happier with the whole process of booking, checking in, communicating with the owner and our stay. Everything was great. The house is perfect for what we need it. Pool was awesome. The living room was cozy. Tv was equipped with so much to watch. The area is absolutely beautiful and so quiet. We walked around every morning and evening with our dog and admiring the nice manicured front lawns and beautiful houses around. If you need to relax and get some rest book this property. You won’t be disappointed. And I want to say big thanks to Nathan, who was so responsive every time I had a question. He answered right away. Even with my mixup with the dates he was extremely helpful.

We had a wonderfully restful vacation. The house was just as advertised. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect….close to everything we wanted to do. Only 5-6 miles to Anna Maria Island (although getting out there on the weekend is challenging …go early) We just hung out at the house on the weekend. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood was wonderful & quite.

The host was very responsive to questions. The detailed directions for the hot tub and other amenities were the best I've seen among rentals in the area.The overall experience was very good.

Excellent stay, very clean, loved everything about the house! They literally have everything you could possibly need, from beach towels and chairs to laundry soap, and even seasonings! However the beds could be softer. All in all, wonderful place and nice people!

Hot tub was perfect. Heated up quickly when we wanted to use it. The house was very roomy and conveniently located for easy access to beaches and stores. Host was very polite and communicated quickly with answers to any questions. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Overall we enjoyed our stay here! We found out a few days in that there was another working refrigerator in the garage. We did not need the extra space but most places that sleep 8 or more do not think about the extra refrigerator space needed. Very thoughtful

Great place

Lots to do both inside and outside. Really enjoyed the pool/hot tub area, along with all the other activities to keep everyone busy. Easy to communicate with the owners.

Getting out of the cold

Great neighborhood. Shopping, restaurants, close to Anna Marie beaches, fantastic pool area. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool. Beautiful sunny warm retreat from the cold

The pool, hot tub, ping pong table, pool table, and games were great! The house is clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Bikes are available to explore the cute neighborhood. If you're going to the beach, be sure to leave EARLY or you'll be stuck in traffic. We found lots of (free) parking at Coquina Beach which is beautiful and wonderful for finding shells! If you want to explore more of the island, park at Coquina beach & take the free shuttle around AMI. Do not park in the pay to park lots (12/hr) if you can avoid it. We did that the first day...rookie mistake.

Comfortable Home with All Amenities

My family met here to celebrate Thanksgiving. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc., including several small appliances. Rooms are large and comfortable. There are plenty of linens and towels. My family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pool table, and ping-pong table. Lots to keep busy! Large grassy backyard is well fenced for dogs. Publix is very close by. We plan to return in the future if it fits our plans.

It was a good stay. I wish I could give it 4.5 as it was for the most part great. The sofa bed was broken so not able to use. We had a little trouble trying to use tvs as remotes didnt seem to match up. The coffee pot didnt want to work for us. We are coffee drinkers. We had to mess with it quite a bit, but would have just liked a simple Mr Coffee pot. We enjoyed the pool area but had a little trouble finding out which light switches worked for which lights. A little label job would help this. Enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. Overall a pretty good stay, just a few tweaks would have solved some issues. Thank you for the quick stay! :)

All was as indicated. Great house in a quiet community with easy access to the local attractions such as eateries, walking trails and the local beaches. Plenty to do at the house on the off chance that inclement weather prevents access to the local fair. Pet friendly and ample space.

House was very nice and good location. Family enjoyed the pool table and the swimming pool. A little inconvenient to not be able to use the hot tub and the pool at the sametime having to switch the pump. Overall we appreciated the accomodations. Thank you.
