Great 3BR/2 Bath E. Hampton Home-Clearwater Beach w/ Pool-across from Hog Creek

This clean, bright and airy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom East Hampton Contemporary across from Hog Creek with access to paddle boards, Kayaks and canoe (all provided to renters). House has gorgeous pool with great lounging area, and Hammock, outdoor shower and has access to Clearwater Bay Beach (private for residents only). Situated in great neighborhood with great streets to bike ride. House has 50' flat screen TV in the living room with Blue Ray DVD player, cable and wireless Internet service, open kitchen, dining area, fireplace adjacent to land preserve (privacy), dock slip available for a boat and kayak storage as well, and a 10+ minute drive to the village. Bay Beach is a two minute drive away or 5 minute bike ride. Bikes, kayaks provided in garage for use.
(Please no party groups or groups in their 20's. No illegal drugs). No Parties allowed. **4 night minimum**

Excellent location. Paddle boards, bikes and fabulous backyard. Great pool, lots of areas to relax in sun or shade. Beautiful garden. Large outdoor dining table and chairs. If you love the beach and spending time outdoors, this is the place for you.

The host was extremely responsive to all of my questions and was a pleasure to communicate with throughout our stay. The backyard is beautiful, and the pool temperature was perfect—a real delight to swim in. The nighttime lighting in the backyard was especially festive, with lights surrounding the outdoor dining area creating a wonderful atmosphere for al fresco dining.I had a glorious week with my family and thoroughly enjoyed everything the area had to offer. Stand-up paddleboarding in Hog Creek was especially peaceful and memorable.I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing vacation with family. We had a wonderful stay!

Nice house in the Springs

We enjoyed a nice long weekend at this house, exactly as advertised. The outdoor space inclduing the pool and the large grill are definitley the highlights.

The house was exactly as advertised. The pool was the best! If you like dipping into warm water, which I do, the pool was always 90 degrees. Heaven. We bbqed and had lovely dinners on the back deck. The property is totally secluded but easily accessible to East Hampton. Liz was a lovely host. She checked in regularly to make sure everything was to our liking. If I had one complaint it was that the tv streamed only YouTube which meant we could not get many of the shows we usually watch, but we were on vacation! So who needs TV?I highly recommend this property for rental.

Great Stay in the Hamptons

Had a great stay at this house for the 4th of july weekend. House is very comfortable for 6 people (although technically it could fit 8) and even looks much better than what the pictures show. Pool is great and has a nice yard. We very much enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was very good. Overall very pleasant and seamless stay.

The owner was very helpful. Checkin check out was smooth. House has all the amenities for a family with kids! We enjoyed the very nice pool and the proximity to clear water beach. Fantastic vacation! Thanks!

Lovely stay

Liz was a wonderful host and very responsive and pleasant. The home is open and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood with access to a beautiful private beach. The pool and backyard are particularly lovely, with beautiful plantings, an expansive deck, large grill, and multiple chaises for relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking supplies!

Perfect Hamptons Get Away

If you're looking to get away from an everyday hectic pace, this is the place for you. A peaceful hideaway, but close enough to the town of East Hampton for nice dinners, Starbucks and groceries.

East Hampton Retreat

We were looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy the holiday weekend and we found just that! Liz was so easy to work with, very communicative and the house was perfect - it looked just as it did in the photos, fenced in backyard, pool, grill and plenty of space. Also ideally located near East Hampton town but away from the traffic and close to the beach. I would highly recommend this house and look forward to hopefully staying again. My guests and I had a great weekend!
