Your vacation of a lifetime starts with sprawling ocean, beach and mountain views. The cool northwest exposure #407 allows for views of sublime sunsets, beach activity on Kamaole I and the whirling windmills of the West Maui mountains. The lanai patio is the perfect spot to take it all in and it will become the focal point of your stay.
The home has been thoughtfully renovated over the years with style and functionality. The kitchen is trimmed out with large granite counters, lots of cabinet space for your Costco haul and modern stainless steel appliances. Kitchen utensils and gadgets complete the kitchen. As an extra touch there is a wine fridge nestled in the cabinetry. The living area features a comfy sectional couch, ceiling fan and entertainment area with a large TV & deluxe speakers. Hi-speed WIFI is complimentary.
The principal bedroom suite offers OCEAN VIEWS from the private fourth floor picture windows. A walk-in closet, big enough to store your luggage, and deluxe bathroom (complete with oversize shower) and ceiling fan complete the space. The second bedroom is trimmed with built-in cabinetry, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet and twin beds (convertible to king-size). Adjacent to this bedroom is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a separate laundry closet.
If you want to grill a steak or catch of the day, then head up to the rooftop garden where four BBQs, patio tables & chairs and a kitchenette with fridge are available. With 360 degree views including Haleakala, nearby islands and unforgettable sunsets this is an excellent place to enjoy the ‘golden hour’ as the sun sinks into the sea.
#407 at the Royal Mauian is walkable for those that enjoy beach activities, local restaurants, beach volleyball, snorkel and surf rentals, gift stores and health food stores. Within a 10 minute drive you can find golf, pickleball, tennis, Wailea shops, banking, large chain grocery store and health clinics.
You will love the beautiful sandy beaches of Kamaole I & II that are just outside your door but you might find yourself on the private pool deck or lawn loungers reading your favorite book. Throughout the year turtles can be seen exploring the point right in front of #407 and if you are visiting from December to March you may be treated to breaching humpback whales.
The home is far enough south so there is minimal neighborhood noise, yet far enough north that only a little direct sun reaches patio in the late afternoon keeping temperatures comfortable. Also, the trade winds help keep the condo cool.

The listed rates are per night for up to 4 people. The rates do not include tax, cleaning fee and VRBO fees. The tax rate may be changed without an advance notice and we may request an additional payment accordingly.
50% of the balance is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in; 90 days prior to check-in if stay falls over published holiday timeframe.

Our family as been coming for the Royal Mauian since the early 1990s and #407 has become a second home for us.
We stepped away from rentals during the pandemic and are now excited to greet new and returning guests.
We continue to make great memories on Maui and we want your visit to do the same for you. When we are not on Maui or at home in Canada we can be found exploring the rest of the world.

We have stayed on all parts of Maui and settled in the Kihei area because we enjoy its dryer climate and consistent weather. The Royal Mauian offered oceanfront proximity to beaches, shopping, fine restaurants within walking distance and a very much enjoyed Roof Top Garden.
