Please note that this unit does not have air conditioning. Large windows welcome the steady Hawaiian trade winds, creating a beautiful natural cross breeze throughout the day. Ceiling fans in every room, including on the lanai, along with additional stand up fans throughout the unit, keep the air moving comfortably at all times. A mature palm tree provides natural afternoon shade, and most guests find that the open air tropical experience is one of the things they love most about staying here. This is authentic island living at its finest.

The primary bedroom is a true retreat, anchored by a bamboo California king bed with resort quality comfort and an en suite bathroom that feels private and beautifully appointed. The guest bedroom offers a second king bed, making this unit a wonderful choice for two couples or a small family traveling together, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for real cooking, not just the basics. Everything you need to prepare a proper meal, entertain guests, or put together a spread of pupus and drinks before heading out to the lanai for another unforgettable sunset is right here waiting for you.

Whether you are watching honu drift through the turquoise water below, catching the colors of a Maui sunset as they paint the sky, or simply sitting in the warm evening air with nowhere else to be, the lanai at Unit 215 delivers an experience that is hard to put into words and even harder to forget.

Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and an umbrella are all provided in the unit, so you can head straight to the sand with everything you need. With Kamaole I and II just steps away, the only question is which beach calls to you first.

Right outside the complex, the vibrant heart of Kihei wraps around you with beloved local restaurants, charming cafes, boutique shops, a local market, and snorkel rentals all within easy walking distance. This is a part of the island where locals and visitors mix freely, the energy is warm and unhurried, and every single day ends with a front row seat to one of the most beautiful sunsets on earth.

To honor the aloha spirit for all guests and residents at the Royal Mauian, we kindly ask that occupancy remain at a maximum of 4 people at all times, including adults, children, infants, and overnight visitors. The property is smoke free, one parking space is included per unit, and exterior cameras are in place throughout the common areas for everyone's comfort and security.
