The property was nice but could have been a little cleaner and the beds were very uncomfortable. I picked this place based on the location and that it had comfortable beds and I was so hopefully of that because I have a bad back. It still over all was nice I just wish the beds could have been a little better.

Very outdated for the price Needed a deep cleaning Carpet on balcony wasn’t ideal.USB ports in main bedroom were broken The water in the tiny bathroom smelled of sulfur.AC kept it cool but it was very humid and everything felt damp. Condo had a musty smell to it. Repair man worked on it during storm. Reading 80% humidity he got it dropped down to 70. Told us 50% humidity is what is considered comfortable. Nobody ever retuned.We enjoyed the location, pool, pickleball, and beach!

Great Experience!

The condo hit all of my families needs. On beach, plenty of space, easy to find and close to town/shops and restaurants. The arrival instructions were very accurate and easy to follow. We had one minor issue with a bathroom toilet and while we were out (2-3 hours later) Seabreeze came by, fixed and left a note detailing what they did! Overall this was a great experience and would highly recommend Seabreeze. Will def use again!

Nice open layout, close to the beach and tennis/pickleball

We enjoyed our stay. Anna Maria Island and surrounding areas have many good restaurants and a fine beach. We particularly liked gathering on the common deck each evening to watch the sunsets with other residents.

Perfect Vacation

Sea View Play couldn't have been more perfect for our vacation. Location was wonderful! The condo was the cleanest place I have ever stayed and had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest would be ceiling fans on the porch. SeaBreeze Vacation was a pleasure to work with. Will rent this place again.

we loved our unit!! Would like to come back!!

Sea Breeze vacation was perfect for our AMI stay. Affordable, clean, amenities and VIEW! Not a huge laundry list for check in and out like some rentals have or exorbent extra fees. We received our expectations and more.
