In accordance with City of Holmes Beach zoning regulations, all reservations for this property must follow a Saturday-to-Saturday booking schedule with a seven-night minimum stay.

This home requires a minimum stay of 7 nights and a reservation notice of at least 14 days in advance.

This property does not allow pets of any kind.
