We’re really glad to hear that you enjoyed the location, water pressure, towels, parking, and the size of the condo for two guests. We also truly appreciate the kind words about our maintenance team — they were happy to jump in and help, and we even rebuilt the window screens for you to get everything taken care of as quickly as possible. We do want to mention that some of the items you referenced, particularly the starter supplies and check-in process, are clearly outlined in the listing and rental information, and you mentioned that you were aware of those details before your stay and weren’t surprised by them. We certainly understand that every guest has different preferences, but we do feel it’s a little unfair for those known details to factor heavily into a 3-star rating. As for the windows, we’re especially glad you reached out so we had the opportunity to address those issues right away. We always want to know when something isn’t right so we can make it better for our guests during their stay. We’re grateful you gave our team the chance to do that. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re glad to hear the location was perfect for your needs. We’re sorry to hear you were uncomfortable at night. We didn’t receive any communication from you during your stay regarding the temperature or thermostat, and we would have been happy to help in real time. Opening the windows and balcony door typically helps regulate the temperature, especially in the evenings. We do want to clarify that the balcony door does have a built-in safety lock; instructions for its use are provided in the guest portal, and we encourage guests to review those details if anything is unclear. Regarding check-in, this process is managed by the HOA, which requires key cards to be issued at the building office. Unfortunately, this is not something we have control over, but it is outlined in advance so guests know what to expect. We appreciate you taking the time to leave your comments, as they help future guests plan accordingly.

Therefore, there is no indication in the description or images that this unit comes with a private hot tub. Thanks again for your review, and we look forward to you staying with us again!
