Guest Access:

Our guests have access to the entire chalet and all its amenities. You can also enjoy the shared spaces, including the lounge with a TV and pool table, the outdoor terrace, the heated pool (summer only), the sauna, and the spa.

In winter, put on your snowshoes for unforgettable hikes or try ski-raquette, also known as ski hok, for a unique gliding experience on the snow. As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of CAD 20 per night,

OR

* A refundable CAD 750 Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
