This one-of-a-kind home has everything you could want in a beach retreat! 6 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms (3 full/2 half), a beautiful large, covered porch with outdoor seating, the garage area is spacious providing a game room with a ping pong table and bar. The private pool is an outdoor oasis with a spacious patio area, privacy fencing, beautiful grounds with poolside grilling and a table for outdoor dining. Bring the whole family there is something for everyone and plenty of room for the whole group to spread out!
This reverse floor plan unit has a custom kitchen on top level with a gas stove. The open floor plan allows for guests to dine in the dining room and at the breakfast bar with plenty of space. This large kitchen is perfect for cooking dinner for the family, whether you're having your summer cookout or spending the holidays at the beach! From the second floor porch, guests can go up the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck to take in the beautiful ocean views.
Washer/dryer and linens included. Outside includes a gas grill (propane tanks can be exchanged at the Island Realty office during normal business hours), fenced in yard, covered patio, outdoor shower with warm water, and private pool. Garage area has bar and ping pong table. Pool can be heated for additional fee $400 and must be added on at time of booking.
NOTE: Motor homes and motorcycles are prohibited. This property has a camera on the front exterior of the property for security purposes. There is a house under construction on this street - expected completion January 2026.
